Whether you're here for business or leisure, this apartment has the comfort, convenience, and luxury you’re looking for.
Our guests will be able to enjoy the entire apartment to themselves, and also have access to all the wonderful building facilities including the pool, gym, and BBQ areas.
Please note there is no car park available with this apartment.
We respect the privacy of our guests and ensure a contactless check-in. However, if you have any trouble with your check-in or any other issues/inquiries during your stay, we are here to help.
Guest Support hours are available via message from:
9am - 6pm Monday to Friday
10am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday
In the case of an emergency you may call us, however calling this line after hours could result in additional charges.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, the main booker who had placed the reservation are required to complete an online check-in form and provide a copy of their ID before arrival (this information can also be found in your booking confirmation) for a smooth process of receiving your check-in details on the day of your arrival.

Minut sensors have been installed in all our apartments. These have no cameras or listening devices, but they will alert us to noise, cigarette and vape smoke, and guests outstaying there check out time without prior arrangement.
1) Prohibited Activities
Smoking inside is not allowed. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately to avoid extra cleaning fees.
Parties are not permitted. Pre-approval is required for all events, functions or additional visitors. Breaching this rule may incur extra charges.
Kindly refrain from excessive noise at all times, particularly during quiet hours (23:00 – 08:00).

We kindly request you to:
Return all used cookware, cutlery and utensils to their original spots.
Remove all personal items.
Sort waste appropriately for collection (we will provide the schedule).
Secure all windows and doors, switch off lights, and return keys.
A fee may be charged for lost keys or lockout, or if the property is left unsecured.
Please leave the property in a tidy state.
Please note, we cannot assume responsibility for lost items or belongings left behind. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left untidy.
4) For any alterations such as shortening your stay, early check-in, or late check-out, please submit your request prior to arrival. These requests are subject to availability and may not be possible during peak periods or when there are back-to-back bookings. Please note that shortening your stay may result in only a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the cancellation policy that applied at the time of booking. Early check-ins and late check-outs may also incur additional charges if they impact our cleaning schedule or other reservations. We recommend making any changes as early as possible to allow us to best accommodate your request.
5) Damages, Breakages and Losses
All damage or breakage must be reported to us immediately.
Removing or relocating property contents without approval is not permitted. Non-compliance may result in a damage fee.
6) Housekeeping
Please promptly report any cleaning issues upon arrival via your booking platform with photographs. We will endeavour to resolve these as soon as possible.
Use only the beds that have been paid for. Using additional beds will incur an extra cleaning fee.
