⚠ Last-Minute Bookings
For same-day bookings, check-in after 3 PM may be delayed. Please contact us before booking to confirm your arrival time and readiness.
🕓 Check-In
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM.
Check-in instructions will be sent one day before arrival, after house rules have been acknowledged.
Early check-in must be requested at least a day in advance and is subject to availability. It cannot be guaranteed on the day of arrival.
🕙 Check-Out
Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Late check-out requests must be made by the night before departure.
Without prior approval, cleaners will begin entry at 10:00 AM sharp. Welcome! Please review these rules for a smooth and enjoyable stay. For questions, message me through the booking portal.
1. Check-In & Check-Out Check-out: 10 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs incur a $50/hour fee. After 12 PM, a full day’s rate applies. Early or late check-out must be arranged in advance.
2. No Parties or Events Strictly prohibited. Violation results in eviction without refund and a $1,000 fee + security/police call out fee.
3. No Smoking Smoking indoors incurs a $250 cleaning fee.
4. No Pets Pets are not allowed. Violations incur an extra cleaning fee.
5. Noise Curfew Quiet hours: 7 PM – 7 AM. Noise complaints may lead to eviction without refund.
6. Damages & Lost Items Report damages immediately. Items left behind are stored for 2 weeks. Pickup is free; shipping costs $50 + postage + GST
7. Keys & Lockouts Lost keys: $500 fee (locks replaced). Lockout assistance: $50 ($150 after hours).
8. No Unregistered Guests Unauthorized guests incur a $100 fee per person, and bookings may be cancelled without refund.

Our stay was amazing, close to everything but yet nice and quite apartment. My teenage sone loved it even more having his own studio. Beds were amazingly comfortable and hoist Olivia was very friendly and helpful and always reachable if needed. Will be back again.

Great location. The three bedrooms are split with a separate door, so it isn’t one single apartment, but the fit-out works well for a weekend stay. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it seemed well equipped.Unfortunately, the check-in process was horrendous. We were asked to supply identity documents twice—once when booking and again the week before arrival. I assume this is due to past issues with dodgy guests, but from the customer side it feels very unfriendly. On arrival, it took over 1 hour and 40 minutes to actually gain access to what we had booked. The initial keys provided only opened the studio apartment, and the agent required video proof before believing they didn’t work. It was clear they had little knowledge of the property setup, which made the whole process incredibly frustrating.Cleanliness was also questionable, with a toothpick under the bedside table and dust in the corners.
