On the lower level, the primary bedroom features a queen bed and an attached bathroom with a granite countertop vanity and a shower/tub combo. For added convenience, this bathroom also has hallway access. The second bedroom has a cozy king bed, and the third offers a twin bunk bed plus a twin size daybed, ideal for families or kids. These two rooms are connected by a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom, with each bedroom having its own sink in the room.

Upstairs, you’ll find a bright and inviting main living area. The fully equipped kitchen features tile flooring, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a view overlooking the dining area, which comfortably seats six. Just off the dining space is a small deck that truly immerses you in the beautiful nature Kiawah Island has to offer. It’s a great spot for morning coffee or evening breezes. The living room offers plenty of space to unwind with a sofa, loveseat, and a wall-mounted TV. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.
