For a smooth stay and to respect our neighbours and the council, please follow the guidelines below:



1.⁠ ⁠Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties.

2.⁠ ⁠The maximum number of guests allowed on the property strictly at any time during the day or night is 8.

3.⁠ ⁠According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, basketball courts, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.

4.⁠ ⁠No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.

5.⁠ ⁠Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has noise alarms.

6.⁠ ⁠Strictly no "schoolies", hens or buck's bookings.

7.⁠ ⁠No bookings from groups under the age of 28.

8.⁠ ⁠Smoking and vaping are prohibited both inside and outside the property.

9.⁠ ⁠Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking.

11.⁠ ⁠The entrance of the property has CCTV for security and safety of the guests and owner.

13.⁠ ⁠The pool and spa equipment area is off limits. Tampering can cause damage and repair costs may be charged to the guests.

14.⁠ ⁠A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 3 days post-checkout.
