We really enjoyed our stay at your cabin. It was quaint and quiet, and the cabin was very clean. I was surprised by all the amenities that were included. There was shampoo, clean towels, and anything else that we needed. The communication with our concierge was also great. They checked in on us and were available with any questions that we had. We hope to stay at your cabin again. Thank you for a wonderful long and relaxingweekend.

The cabin was rustic, the location was excellent and the listed amenities were all there. There was not a regular coffee pot and when I contacted the agent they sent one within 20 minutes! The communication with the rental agency was more than excellent. Some things that could be improved: most of the cabinets and closets were locked out which was fine. The back bedroom had two open closets that had cleaning equipment and high chair etc with only a few hangers and no room to hang anything longer than a shirt. No deal breakers, but just to be aware. The middle bedroom had no closet to hang clothing at all and the room was not quite big enough for the two queen sized beds. Since we were only 1 person in each room none of this was a problem for us. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The only thing we were not happy with was the situation with the trash. We were responsible for emptying all trash cans which was fine. We were also responsible for taking the trash to the dump, not fine. Finding the dump was difficult and it was almost 3 miles each way to drop off the trash when we left. I think that for the price of the cabin we should not be making a trip to the dump. But, I do want to reiterate, the staff, particularly Freddy and Bianca went above and beyond and stayed in contact with us for the 3 nights we stayed at the cabin. . I really wanted to give the place 5 stars but I couldn't. The cabin is for sale and this may explain some of the rustic conditions.

It was a lovely cabin, cozy & relaxing. Beautiful outdoors & quiet. The only thing that took us by surprise was the seasoning(s) not available in kitchen. We did shop beforehand, but were expecting salt & pepper would be a choice most bnb’s offer. I also lost hot water “mid shower”, which totally took me by surprise. ( no other water running at the time) So, besides those two things, we were comfortable & enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Good Neighbor Policy enforced at all times. Removing trash and Wash Dishes. No Smoking, Parties, Events, Loud Music, Street Parking, or Over Occupancy Allowed. Fines/Evictions possible by both Code Enforcement and Big Bear Vacations.

Check-in after 4:00 pm - Check-out before 10:00 am
No Early Arrival/Late Departure During Peak Seasons or Holidays.

There is No Street Parking Allowed in Big Bear- Make Every Attempt to Get Cars Off the Street for Snowplows. November thru April the law requires snow chains in your cars.

Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
