The check in team was so pleasant and were able to allow us to get in our room early as it was cleaned (noonish) they were all very professional as well

Good place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Property itself is in a beautiful location. So close to the beach. Unit we were in was nice but looks like a lot of repairs need to be done. The layout of the unit was very odd but worked for us. Pool area was nice but in the afternoon these little black bugs appeared which was annoying. No fault of the property, just nature.

The actual condo and facilities were very nice. Everything was clean and looked new outside. The office staff in particularly, Holly, were very rude, abrasive and condescending. Having paid ALOT of money for one week, I wasn’t given an option to be spoken to in a polite manner. They only give you 2 extra wristbands for guests which is ridiculous. We are from Tampa with friends and family living nearby and couldn’t enjoy ourselves with Holly threatening to evict me 8 hours into the trip and throughout. Wouldn’t stay there again, it isn’t enjoyable. Makes me sad bc I grew up going to these beaches for the holiday.

These guidelines are shared before arrival and apply equally to owners, guests, and vacation rentals. They're intended to help ensure a safe, comfortable experience for everyone, especially during busy holiday periods. We're also sorry that your interaction with our team left you feeling this way. We understand it was disappointing that your plans couldn't be accommodated, but it's important that these policies are applied consistently to every guest. First time in this condo

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For years we have stayed next door, but it was still down from hurricane, so we were moved to Sand Dollar. This year was particularly special as we were celebrating my Mom's 90 birthday and had multiple family members of different ages with us (we rented more than one condo in the building) although none were small children. Our unit was nice and very spacious. Needs a few bathroom fixes. The building needs more than one elevator. The rules are a little over the top with signs everywhere! Property management from JC is always so incredibly friendly! However, one woman at desk was very rude (especially at check out) and should probably find a different job. Considering all things we would stay there again and recommend it to others!
