Equipped with smart TVs in every room, whole building water filtration system and free high speed internet, this suite boasts 2 queen size bedrooms, One bathroom with a tub/shower and a full kitchen, stocked with supplies, this suite also has a private full sized washer and dryer in the unit. A large balcony grants direct views or the Gulf of Mexico and overlooks the beach and outdoor area.

Ample parking on site, including an assigned parking space. Located across the street from the best restaurant in town, Salt Rock Grill. There is also a Sunday market during season, directly across the street at Town Hall. Town Hall also offers free tennis courts, a children s park on the water and a library, all literally across the street!

The pool and hot tub are open, hot tub is on a set timer to ensure it cycles properly and water doesn't evaporate. We ask that equipment is not touched during your stay. It turns on at 6pm until 10pm, no children under 12 allowed in hot tub, no exeptions. Glass not allowed in pool area.


And just on a personal note, I pride myself on offering a rental that cleans WAY above and beyond our competition. I learned bedspreads are only mandated to be laundered twice a year. Did you just fall out of your chair? Grossest thing Ive ever heard. We wash ours each time. EACH TIME. Yes. You re welcome. So snuggle up with confidence, my friends.

Pictures were not as advertised. Very misleading. Needs small fixes EVERYWHERE. door handle coming in was almost falling off, toilet paper holder falling off, patchy uneven paint thought the whole place. Balcony needs repairs. Sheets were very rough and piling. Pool and hot tub do not come on at the times advertised (6pm-10pm) therefore the hot tub is never hot. Pool lights were maybe on 3/7 days. ANTS EVERYWHERE. Broken bar stools. ALL PICTURES ADVERTISED WERE PRE-HURRICANE PICTURES. NOT AS ADVERTISED.

We loved this beautiful ocean-front home. Clean, convenient, beautiful. The only problem we had was that our check-in email gave us the incorrect key code and we had to bother the owner in the middle of the night to get the correct one. She was super kind and understanding.

You canā€™t beat the beach location and view! Pool was nice. Interior and porch do not match the pics in the listing. Things arenā€™t as nice. We also had a couple roach friends, and owners/managers seemed to always be on the property at the same time. No garage doors as posted either, but understandable due to last years hurricane. The listing could definitely be updated to show more of a realistic idea of where you are staying, but overall, you are just there for the beach, right?!

Lovely Time

We had a lovely time. Plenty of space and amenities in a great location and grateful for their hard work to recover from the storms. Our unit had a fantastic patio with awesome view of the gulf. Itā€™s very quaint and intimate being only 3 units. While all the patios face the pool with great views, there are no time restrictions on pool use so it was disappointing to have kids playing after 10pm who didnā€™t quiet after requests made. We were excited and discussing booking again, but sadly after the noise issue was ignored we likely wonā€™t be back and will be mindful of pool location and rules of other places.

Great for a relaxing getaway!

We were looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. And we found it. The apartment was clean and, it was fully equipped. The building and the apartment needs some TLC. The bathroom needs to be renovated. The host was super attentive and was quick to answer all of our inquiries.One of the mattresses needs to be replaced. We did not use the pool. Overall a good experience.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this property. One of the main reasons we booked here was for the beach view, which turned out to be completely blocked by construction ā€” something that was never mentioned in the listing. Had we known this ahead of time, we would have booked elsewhere.When I reached out, we were offered the option to cancel for a refund, but this was offered the day of our arrival. A same-day cancellation refund would not have been processed in time for us to find another place to stay, leaving us with no realistic option but to stay.On top of that, the sliding glass door to the porch was broken, which meant we couldnā€™t even enjoy what little view we had. I reported this issue and was told a maintenance person would come to fix it, but no one showed up until the day before we left ā€” around 4 PM ā€” so we were only able to use the porch for a very short time during our stay.Communication was subpar overall, and the experience did not match the listing or our expectations. We were eventually refunded 185, which we appreciate, but it was not the equivalent of a full nightā€™s stay. Something was better than nothing, but we still felt the situation was not handled as well as it could have been.Unfortunately, this stay was a disappointment, and I would not book this property again.

Pool, hot tub didnt work, checkin was horrible, bed was sucken with blocks holding it up with some huge bug that bite us all week. Dishwasher didnt clean dishes. Slider was hard to open. I would not have my worst enemy stay here. Very unclean.

Place is easy, accessible to the pool and beach. Its only 4 units, which gives way to lots of privacy. The views from the patio are amazing and makes perfect sunsets. For a small family, its great. I would recommend this place for sure.

This property location was perfect. Beach access was amazing as well as the pool. I really liked the smaller size building. The condo inside was just as described! Outside area could use a little sprucing up, but overall was good! Would stay again!

Location was great. Parking was interesting and did not accommodate guests. The beds were a bit high and my 88 year old mom had a hard time climbing up to get to the bed. The second bedroom mattress should be replaced - it sinks in the right, middle. The view was nice, it was quiet.
