A spacious and vibrant Bedroom Apartment that boasts a full chef’s kitchen with gas cook tops, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and cooking utensils. The apartment has a private bathroom with a hairdryer, towels, and toiletries as well as a fully equipped laundry. Accessible to entertaining areas with either a spa or pool where you can unwind.

Located in one of Brisbane’s most beautiful buildings, this one-bedroom apartment has everything for a home-away-from-home experience. Designed to take advantage of space and natural light, our home is perfect for solo or couple travelers looking to enjoy a relaxing and convenient lifestyle. You’ll surely fall in love with this home, all located within easy walking distance to everything you’ll need and more.

The apartment is self-contained and self-service. Basic amenities are provided such as linens, bath towels toilet paper, and a bath essential starter pack.
In case some items are not on the list or seem not enough for your stay and consumption, we highly recommend you bring the items with you.

To set the expectation on the bedding, the apartment will have 1 King split bed. This is usually combined, so there will be a slight gap/deep in between, but if you need 2 separate beds, please request this in advance to set up.

You have the entire apartment to yourself, but facilities are shared with residents and other guests.

CAR PARK ACCESS:

Height Restriction: 2.1 metres

Parking is subject to availability and must be pre-booked. Visitor parking 4HRS max. To access the car park guests will need to use the black access fob on their keys. The car park entrance is located at the back of the building on Boundary Street. There is one car park entrance for all three towers.

I will not be with you on the day of your arrival but I`m working closely with the Building Manager and their staff, Check in will be done by the Reception Team. Upon arrival, please provide your Valid ID and your Confirmation Code from Airbnb for them to pull out your reservation. In case you need anything during your stay, please don`t hesitate to message me on Airbnb and I`ll do my best to attend to your needs.

With almost 300 days of sunshine per year, Brisbane is the perfect spot to spend lots of time enjoying the outdoors with your family and friends. Wedged between the ocean and rugged national parks, the buzzing riverside capital city is a cosmopolitan hub for arts, culture and dining but still retains a close connection with nature and a classic laid-back Queensland attitude. It’s also the gateway to the wonders of the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Whether you want to catch an art exhibition, cool off in a rain forest waterhole or just sample some great Queensland food and wine, you can do it all in and around Brisbane!

Check in time is 2PM. Please go straight to the reception desk for check in assistance. For late arrival, you will be receiving a late arrival message for check in procedure.

This is definitely a nonsmoking property. Any evidence of smoking will be charged to a minimum of AUD250.

Unless prior arrangements have been made, only booked guests are permitted access to the apartment. No unauthorized guests. Our home is prepared to accommodate ONLY the guests on the reservation. Once proven, in excess of the allowed number of guests will be additional AUD30 each.

No parties or events. All loud music / noise must be turned off by 10pm.

Check-out time is by 10 am. Any late check outs that have not been pre-arranged may result in a AUD50 per/hour charge.

If you notice any breakages or faults in the apartment, please do not hesitate to let us know. If you happen to break something in the apartment, please let us know immediately so we can resolve in a timely manner.

In case of lost keys which can happen at times please be advised that it will incur a cost for replacement of AUD400. Please keep the keys in a very safe place at all times.

When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner. Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.

To keep our costs down, we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when it’s not in use or leaving the apartment.

Please remove any make-up in the correct way. Our towels, robes and face washers provided aren`t to be used for this purpose. Additional cleaning or replacement fees apply.

Please leave the apartment in a tidy manner. Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and hang any dirty towels in the bathrooms.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $200 or more depending on the damage caused.
