We traveled to Exuma and booked the Hart House for our summer vacation. We traveled with three young boys 8, 10, and 12. This house was perfect for them as they are very active. We made great use of the pool, beach, and water toys. The kayaks and paddle boards were a big hit. We saw a ray swim along the shore a few times over the week and a few sets of fish camped out with us while we were swimming. The beach was perfect at high and low tide. The house is walking distance to Cocoplum Bistro, which we visited for dine in and takeout dinners a few nights. It's also a bit of a beach walk or a short drive north to Big D's Conch Spot. The communication with Onike' Sweeting-Knowles, the house manager, was great and the laundry/cleaning service mid-way through the trip by Gwen Smith was fantastic. We would definitely come back to this property again!

This house checks all the boxes, oceanfront, infinity pool, outdoor bar and gazebo. The inside has great gathering space and spacious bedrooms and baths.

The house was great with 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms so everyone had their own space. The outdoor area and pool was great and the beach was even better! We had a wonderful stay

On the beach - the best!!

We had a great stay at this property right on the beach restaurant right next door great spot! So nice to have the jacuzzi in December.

Hart house is absolutely amazing! It is in a great location and the beach is stunning. It is very laid-back and private, and we had a wonderful time and made amazing memories! We will definitely be back!

Loved our trip! Everything was great and we would not change a thing! Don’t hesitate to rent from John! Property is lovely with an amazing view The individual rooms and bath really helped out our large group.

Awesome stay

Great stay at Hart House. Property manager Onike is very helpful for anything you need. The house is great and we were all very comfortable. Beach is beautiful and pool is great. We hope to be able to come back in future!

An absolutely amazing place to relax and enjoy the beautiful property and amenities.

Hart House is the perfect holiday escape. With a Villa that has absolutely everything your could possibly need to have a fantastic holiday. The white sand beach right in front of you, that is perfect for those early morning walks to start your day off right. I highly recommend Hart House to anyone looking for the perfect escape.

Beautiful Home/Excellent beachfront property

We loved our vacation in Exuma.... We stayed for 10 days and it was lovely-- the pool was amazing! We were in it every day. The beach out front had some great snorkel spots right in front of the home. We kayaked over to the island across from the Hart House. What a fun activity.The home had lots of pool and beach toys that were perfect. The host was very accessible and helpful before and during the trip.

Perfect vacation

You can always tell when you stay at a property that is an investment property versus someones vacation home. This home is an amazing vacation home. The owners have thought of everything you need and take a lot of care in keeping the property updated. Great location with a beach you can float in all day.

Beautiful setting and very comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and we spent most of our time outside thanks to the great pool, gazebo, outside bar and of course the amazing beach and water. There are two beautiful coral reefs right in front of the house to look at the colorful fish and we enjoyed the regular visits by nursing sharks and sea turtles.

Amazing vacation

Hart house did not dissapoint! We loved the outdoor space, the view was breathtaking and we found good snorkeling spots to the left and right of property. We actually thought the inside was bigger then what the pictures showed so that was a happy surprise!

Paradise

I took my family (all adults) to the Hart House and we loved it. We had everything we could ask for, and all of the bedrooms were equally elegant. We will be back to this fantastic home on the most beautiful beach in Exuma.

Breath taking property!

The house is amazing. It is right on the beach. We were well taking care of by are local host Onike.We had a little problem with arrival time and John the owner made sure everything was made right. A perfect host!

Need to stay here again

The communication was great. Lots of helpful hints since this was our 1st trip to Exuma. One week is not long enough and we will be back hopefully soon - the outdoor area infinity pool and beach really set this place apart. Thanks all!
