Welcome to Blessing on the Bay, a brand new 4 bedroom luxury house situated on the beautiful Flamingo Bay beach! Blessing on the Bay is one of 3 brand new homes that make up the "Stay Exuma" brand. www.stayexuma.com

As soon as you enter the house you will notice the amazing blue-sapphire water that is steps away. Put your bags down and get ready to enjoy one of the greatest vacations you will ever have.

Blessing on the Bay offers two Ocean facing King Master suites, along with 2 additional King suites with a bunk. All rooms are equipped with their own private bathroom. The two King Master suites offer a bathroom that will make you feel like you are in a luxurious spa!
Blessing on the Bay offers breathtaking views from every angle with large sliding doors and windows that bring the outside in. No one feels left out of the conversation with the open floor plan. If you decide to eat in, you wonā€™t be disappointed. This gourmet kitchen is fitted with top of the line stainless steel appliances. In the cabinets you will find plenty of plates, cups, pots & pans, and anything else needed to make yourself a delicious dinner. The oversized island makes it easy for prepping meals or enjoying a drink with family & friends. Enjoy sitting at the large island or have the whole family enjoy a meal at the dining table.
Take a step outside and enjoy all the outdoor living. The pool is large enough for the whole family, take a swim or just enjoy sitting on the 8ft of tanning ledge. Blessing on the Bay offers almost 1,000 sq ft of covered entertainment space as well. Relax under the covered porch or take a few more steps to the Gazebo where you could use a state of the art grill, pour your self a drink, or just sit and feel like you are on your own private island.
Take a stroll on the 1.2 miles of beautiful white sandy beach that encompass Flamingo Bay or feel free to enjoy the kayaks and paddle board that are provided.

Perfect PlaceBooking this place is the best decision Iā€™ve made in a long time! The house is very new, the furnishings are beautiful, the view of Flamingo Bay is stunning and the location is super convenient. The hosts have thought of everything, we really couldnā€™t think of one thing they could improve. We will definitely come back to stay at Blessing on the Bay!

What an amazing place! We could not have asked for anything better. The house was very clean, stocked with everything we needed, and so comfortable. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the pool is amazing. We will 100% be back.

Beautiful property

I have nothing negative to say- everything was ideal for two families. We especially appreciated having two refrigerators, washers, and dryers, which made things so convenient. The bathrooms were all great, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved our stay!

This property was beautiful and truly top-notch ā€” a five-star home. We only had our family of four, but it could easily fit 2ā€“3 families comfortably. The house had everything we could possibly need, including scuba gear, bug spray, sunscreen, paddle boards, kayaks, and coolers for the beach.Communication with the owner and his helper was excellent. Our internet went out at one point, and they came immediately to fix it.I definitely recommend spending at least two days out on the water! Our favorite restaurants were Salt and 23 North, and we also loved walking to Coco Plum for a drink ā€” their lunch was great too.We used the concierge service to stock groceries ahead of time (highly recommend) and even booked a massage at the house. If youā€™re going to Exuma, I absolutely recommend staying here.

We have never stayed at a rental this nice, you can tell they spent a lot of time picking everything out. The house was immaculate, beds were very comfortable, furniture was high quality, everything was perfect. We really enjoyed patio and the pool area. There was plenty of shade if you wanted it, and it was so easy to get in the ocean. We have stayed at other houses and it was almost impossible to get a kayak down all the steps to the water, but not here. This house is amazing and we are already talking about coming back.

Beautiful, clean spacious house with amazing view and perfect kitchen.

This house was perfect for our family of 4 and another family of 5. The 2 masters and 2 bunk rooms fit us perfectly (even with some extra space). The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The back patio was perfect with an unbelievable view. Paddleboards, kayaks, & Corn-hole game kept us all entertained. We would definitely stay here again :)

House has all the amenities of home. Kitchen was well stocked. The house host met us at the house and showed us around and was available at all times. Only had to reach out to him once. Beach was beautiful and pool was so refreshing. The bedrooms were well appointed and beds were comfortable. Outdoor kitchen was great. Grilled steaks and hamburgers during our stay. House had floats, towels and Bluetooth speaker outside. Had coolers that we used. Laundry facility had 2 washers and 2 dryers.

Amazing experience at Blessings on the Bay! The house is well appointed, beautifully decorated and well maintained. Very comfortable and great place to relax and enjoy the pool and ocean. We were able to swim and snorkel right in front of the house. Highly recommend for multiple families with plenty of beds and bathrooms. One of the best travel experiences we have ever had.

Exuma stay

This property is absolutely stunning!! You absolutely cannot beat the view and the beach is beautiful! The house is spotless and well maintained and has everything you need! The kitchen is well equipped with beautiful dishes and serving ware and everything is organized and marked. We will absolutely be back and wouldnā€™t stay anywhere else! It was a wonderful vacation!!

Amazing Family Trip

This was just as described. The beach is beautiful and the place is too. All the amenities you need. The grill was great and and easy to work and the only thing they needed in my thoughts are cushions on the lay out chairs.

Amazing house on the most beautiful beach

The house was perfect, so clean, new, everything is just perfect. The beach is also amazing, clear, blue water, calm perfect for swimming, walks, kayaking, snorkeling. Patrick was awesome and so quick to reply to our messages. I highly recommend this house and the island.

Amazing

Paul was wonderful to work it. The house was amazing couldnā€™t have asked for anything better. You could enjoy the pool and the beach all right there no need to leave the house if you didnā€™t want to. Paul was very responsive and helpful. We are already planning our next trip for 2026 in one of Paulā€™s homes.

We had an amazing stay at this luxury beach rental with friends! The location was unbeatableā€”just steps away from the ocean with breathtaking views from every room. The property was immaculate, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing getaway. We especially loved the spacious patio and private pool, perfect for lounging and enjoying sunsets. The hosts were attentive and ensured our stay was flawless. Fantastic Stay for Two Families!

This beach house was perfect for our two families. We loved the floor plan of this house. It made it easy for us all to get together, but also had plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. The house was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, and the furniture was very nice. The view once you walk in the front door is amazing! The kayaks, paddle board, and pool entertained the kids the entire trip. The beach is literally right there, so sandy and soft. We loved grilling under the gazebo and playing cards outside at night. We couldnā€™t have asked for a better spot to enjoy Exuma with our friends!

Exactly what we needed

My family and our best friends stayed at Blessing on the Bay and it was exactly what we needed. We were getting sick of the cold weather in the states and could not have picked a better place. We loved the outside, it didn't matter if it was by the pool, in the ocean, on the beach, or under the gazebo, it was all perfect. It was so nice to watch the kids playing in the sand or in the water and we could watch them right from the pool, the water was so calm. The house itself was spectacular, very spacious for all of us and everything felt so luxurious. We all fell in love with those soft robes, omg. Paul was great, he helped us plan everything and it was perfect. We will absolutely stay here again.

Just Perfect!

If yā€™all are teetering between this house and another, you need to pick this house! It literally has everything, the house is fully stocked. Beach chairs, coolers, double refrigerator, two washers and dryers, large dining room table, pool, covered porch and gazebo, exquisite bedrooms, and directly on a beautiful beach! I could go on and on. Enough said, we absolutely love this house!

Excellent Vacation

We had such an amazing time, and this house was perfect! We always travel with our best friends once a year and we picked Exuma. This was our first time to the island, but it definitely wonā€™t be our last. Paul answered all our questions and helped us plan everything. There were 8 of us and this house had so much space, and it was super clean. We loved the layout, the large kitchen, the comfy couches, and it was beautifully decorated! The kids loved the xbox, swimming in the pool, and playing on the beach! It was so nice for us adults to be lounging around the pool, but still be able to see the kids on the beach.
