This is beachfront living at its finest, where ocean breezes, open spaces, and thoughtful design come together for a truly unforgettable stay.

4 spacious bedrooms (sleeps 10). 2 oceanfront king suites with private balconies, both king beds can be converted to singles upon request, 2 single beds, and 2 bunk beds with the ability to sleep up to 4 guests. 3.5 bathrooms. Guests have access to 3 full bathrooms with showers and a bathtub. There is also a separate half bathroom (toilet) on the ground level. Private lap pool & fenced yard. Pet-friendly. Fully equipped kitchen with luxury appliances. Open-plan living and outdoor dining. Absolute beachfront location with a private lawn. 2 private garage parking spaces included. Additional vehicles may park beside the property or in free public beachside parking a short walk away.

Trinity Beach is a tropical paradise just 20 minutes north of Cairns City and the International Airport. Locals love it for its relaxed pace, palm-fringed foreshore, and safe, patrolled swimming areas. Spend your mornings strolling the esplanade with a coffee in hand and your afternoons relaxing on the sand or swimming in the Coral Sea.

The area is also known for its breathtaking sunrise views, laid-back atmosphere, and welcoming community. Within a short walk, you’ll find a mix of oceanfront cafés, family-run restaurants, and friendly pubs. For those craving adventure, the nearby mountains and national parks offer excellent hiking trails and scenic lookouts.

Trinity Beach is also an ideal launch point for exploring Tropical North Queensland’s top attractions. Snorkel or dive the Great Barrier Reef, ride the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, explore the heritage village of Kuranda, or immerse yourself in the beauty of the Daintree Rainforest.

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.

Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.

Here is our pet policy:
All dogs to be pre-approved before staying at the property.
Strictly dogs only. No other pets permitted.
One small to medium sized dog. No Large breed dogs.
No hunting dogs.
Dogs are permitted in the garden and designated dog area only.
Please check the garden and clear up after your dog before you leave.
Dogs are not to be left unattended at the property.
Dogs must be flea treated and flea free prior to arrival.
Please bring bedding and everything that your dog requires.
No dogs on the furniture.
No Puppies that have not yet been fully house trained and/or still chew.
A $500 pet bond will be frozen on your credit card at check in the event of damages or additional cleaning.
