Beautiful Two-Bedroom Gulf-Front Condo at Catalina in The Beach Club!

We are excited you are thinking about renting our place. The location is perfect, away from the crowded down town. Our condo is in Catalina at the Beach Club. We want you to come and stay in our newly-renovated 2-bedroom condo with high-end appliances overlooking a white sand beach, offering mild temperatures, soft southern breezes, natural sand dunes and unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. Our condo offers a comfortable, relaxed, beautiful beach-themed decor inspired by the beach. We are on the 3rd floor, not too high and not too low. You can see sand and the gulf from anywhere in the condo. There is tile throughout. We have a fully-equipped kitchen with all stainless appliances including an ice maker that makes Sonic ice. There are Corian counter-tops and Kraftmaid maple cabinets in the kitchen. Two bedrooms, one with a full over queen bunkbed with new mattresses and a pack and play and in the primary there is a new, king pillow top mattress. Both have private bathrooms. The master has a walk-in shower and has a seated dressing area with sink. The sofa is a pull out queen sleeper. We have 2 TVs including a 58" Smart TV in the great room. Custom retractable blinds in the living room and plantation shutters in the bedrooms. The added bonus is the 220 sqft balcony accessible from the master bedroom and living room complete polywood furniture. We also have new LG front-loading full size washer & dryer There is a beach wagon, two beach chairs, with an umbrella and beach towels available for your use while you stay. We had some card and board games available if you need a break from the beach. We have added a programable slow cooker so you can stay down at the beach while your dinner is cooking.. Come and make a lifetime of memories with family or friends at a resort which offers a first class restaurant, bar, poolside grills, ice cream parlor, coffee shop, 6 pools, full service European spa, private gulf front clubhouse with heated indoor pool, hot tubs, game room, exercise room, sauna. Also available are 8 Rubico tennis courts / with pro gift shops, and organized children’s activities to allow yourself free time. You can even schedule family portraits with the onsite photographer. With so many options right at your fingertips, you can leave your car keys and worries behind. *Clubhouse: We are members of the clubhouse and for a daily fee, you and your entire party can enjoy the private amenities, These include an indoor pool, outdoor pool with a Tiki Bar and Grill, children's activities, game room, fitness center, ladies and mens locker rooms with saunas. The fee varies based on how many days you want access to the additional amenities. The fee is paid to the clubhouse. There are 4 outdoor pools with hot tubs that are available for no additional fees. There is $40 per stay for vehicle registration that is included in the base cost of the condo rental. If you have more than one car, there will be an additional $40 fee for that vehicle. We cover the cost for one.
