Historic St Augustine

The property was great! It was very clean and spacious. It’s also within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, bars, etc. We will definitely be looking to stay there again when we’re in the area.

This apartment in historic St. Augustine was everything we were hoping for. It was in the perfect lively location, was beautifully remodeled, and included an easy check-in/ out process. Additionally, we loved people watching from the balcony, appreciated having plenty of towels for the five of us, and the complimentary items left for us by our host. While it’s a few blocks away having free included parking within St. Augustine was helpful during the busy Easter weekend. We would definitely recommend this listing to others and gladly stay there again.

Location was fabulous! Overall, it was smaller than expected and pricey for my level of comfort. The balcony is what sold my husband. If you like people watching and just hanging out, it is great. We stayed with our 3 kids (16, 13, and 8). It rained our entire stay, so that made it a little more difficult to enjoy. Be sure to bring extra toilet paper. The only thing that I would recommend is to bring extra pillows and be aware the beds are firm. We didn't have any AC issues. The couch was more comfortable than the beds. This would be better suited for couples to enjoy. It was neat to stay downtown, but you hear everything all night long. The free parking was great, but a solid 10 minute walk. There is a parking lot across on Hypolita that has handicapped and if you have multiple people in your party, I would recommend unloading there rather than the closer parking spot. Just be aware of the time and possible towing if you leave the vehicle. All in all, a fun stay. If the beds were improved I would come back.

Location…location…location

Fantastic stay as a family of 4. The location was walking distance to EVERYTHING in town. The house was comfortable and well set up for our family. The kitchen was well supplied. I cooked two full dinners during our stay without having to improvise. The balcony overlooking Hypolita was a highlight of our stay. The people watching was fantastic! Highly recommend staying here!

This is an amazing place! Right in the heart of St. Augustine. You do have a water view from the balcony and you can see the Columbia restaurant from the other view. You can wake up and have an amazing waffle from the place directly below you! Casa Maya restaurant is litteraly 20 steps from this place and has amazing food and wonderful drinks! This place is wonderful to stay in and has been redone very well.

Fantastic central location. The apartment was exactly as pictured. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Being a very busy December weekend, the street sounds was on the loud side at peak times. We knew that when we booked so it was not an issue. The balcony at night was magical. You see the trollys, complete with christmas music, horse draw carriages, and the best people watching. Great stay for Nights of Lights.

The property was excellent. Everything it was advertised to be! Slightly smaller than we anticipated but not so small to be any kind of a problem. Overall we were very happy and satisfied. Kitchen was great, balcony was great, very clean, and incredible location. The only problem we had was with parking. We paid for a leased spot a 2 minute walk away. The location and safety of the spot is excellent and well worth the money. The problem is the individual spots aren’t monitored regularly. We had issues every day with unregistered cars being parked in the paid spots. Our host was very responsive and always helped us with a solution. Parking spots are a premium here and it got very frustrating. We would definitely stay here again. We recommend this property to anybody that wants to be in the heart of history, incredible food, culture, live music and good people.

HORRIBLE STAY!!!The mattress in both rooms felt like sleeping on the floor. Absolutely the cheapest memory foam mattress I’ve ever slept on!!iTrip was very unapologetic to this issue. They also tried to convince me to book outside of VRBO which seems very unethical. Don’t book with iTrip Vacation properties

Thank you for your review and feedback. We have updated the instructions to include the lock box code in them, but thankfully we were able to message the code to you immediately when you reached out! We also inspected the thermostat and everything was working as it should be. Some noise is expected as this is in the heart of a vibrant downtown area, however we provide sound machines in each bedroom for this! Appreciate your feedback and it was a pleasure hosting you.

This stay was initially fine. However the air conditioning in this upstairs unit stopped working, causing the temperature inside the property to become uncomfortable and too hot. I immediately called the host who said they couldn’t get anyone out until the following morning. I said I needed to leave because it was too hot to remain comfortably. Shortly after this conversation, a repair person arrived. Despite being told the a/c had been repaired, it remained nonfunctional. I continued communicating with the host until about 8pm and then they didn’t want to deal with it any longer and sent a generic message saying the office closed at 5pm and to call the next day. We were in the middle of the conversation when they cut me off. At 10:30 on a Friday night with no functioning air conditioning and no meaningful assistance from the host, I finally found alternative accommodations on my own, creating significant inconvenience, stress and additional expense. Since then the host has been unresponsive, despite informing VRBO that they would contact me. The entire situation could have been avoided had the host taken responsibility, communicated appropriately and made reasonable efforts to assist me in securing suitable accommodations.
