I apologize for the confusion around the VRBO listing and the mixed messages from our team. You’re absolutely right: the Ranch House itself is not pet friendly; only Cabin #1 allows pets. We’ll update the listing and our internal communications to make the pet policy much clearer. I’m also sorry you were given conflicting information about firewood—maintenance confirmed there are stacked supplies on-site, and we’ll improve staff guidance and guest info so that’s consistent going forward.
