Avonhead family home with garden and parking in Christchurch

Relax in a single-level family home with a fenced garden and outdoor parking for up to five vehicles. Three bedrooms sleep six, with two queen beds and a super king bed. Enjoy a full kitchen, lawn and outdoor furniture, plus a heat pump and in-home laundry for an easy Christchurch stay.

The home includes three bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath and shower, and a separate toilet. The living area has a 43-inch TV, with a heat pump and bedroom heaters for cooler days. A Nespresso machine, laundry facilities and outdoor furniture are provided. Parking is outdoors; the garage is not available to guests.

Guest access
The entire house, fenced garden and designated outdoor parking area are for your use. Self check-in is via a smart lock. Garage access is not included.

Location and transport
A residential Avonhead base for a family or group visiting Christchurch.
Outdoor parking accommodates up to five vehicles. Keep access routes clear. A car is convenient for exploring the wider Christchurch area.

Please do not use the towels for cleaning surfaces or items otherwise extra charges may apply to cover additional laundry fees.
Please use makeup pads and cloths supplied.
The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD $50+GST per hour

6: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
