Thank you for the wonderful review. We are delighted the property lived up to your expectations and provided the perfect layout for three adult couples, and that the well stocked kitchen and the views stood out. Your comments make our day and we hope to host you again in the near future - River Ridge Rentals Team

Thank you so much! We’re glad the kitchen, comfortable beds, and great water pressure and hot water all hit the mark. Sorry the slopes weren’t skiable during your stay. Snow can be unpredictable, but the location is perfect when conditions cooperate. We hope to welcome you back despite of this years snow season - River Ridge Rentals Team

Thank you so much for your kind words. We are so glad you enjoyed the cozy feel of the home and those heated floors. Being that close to the lifts really is such a treat. We would love to host you again. - River Ridge Rentals Team

Thank you for providing your feedback on the home. We would like to point out that the home did have heat, but it fluctuated from hot to cold which was not ideal for your stay. You were given a complimentary upgrade to a nicer property as soon as one came available. That said, the home boiler has since been serviced so the heat is functioning at a more efficient level.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay at Amber Sky. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the location and beds in the home. The hot tub holds 3 people, and all the jets are fully functioning. I do apologize that you experienced issues with the jets and size of the hot tub. Once again, thank you for your feedback on the home.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The private hot tub feature is always a great amenity, even when square footage is limited. We have addressed the maintenance items you mentioned and appreciate the feedback. We would love to welcome you back again!

Thank you for your review of Amber Sky. This is a fantastic location and great home! We understand that pillows can be a very personal item for comfort and are sorry that you did not find them soft enough. As this is a private residence, the homeowners have tried to find a "middle of the road" pillow that appeals to everyone.

Hi, First, we are incredibly sorry for your experience with our company but appreciate you taking the time to point out deficiencies so we can improve in the future. Please see our response below for you specific concerns. 1. Our office closes at 6pm but we do leave packets containing directions and access instructions to each property. The code and instructions to that lock box are automatically sent to the email on file prior to your arrival. In some cases, for properties that are coded, we send directions directly to the home with the access code so you can bypass the office. We are sorry if that was not your experience. 2. According to our maintenance team, the window in the master bedroom was fixed the same day it was reported and the televisions were reprogrammed after a lightning strike and were usable the same day reported as well. We are sorry for these issues and the others but strive to correct them when they occur. 3. The cleaning company used for this property is an outsourced third party. Unfortunately when items are left behind we rely on those cleaners to return items but in cases such as yours, we make special trips to search for items left. We are sorry this was not conveyed to you but assure you that nothing was found by our team at the property. Thank you
