Guests can enjoy an indoor/outdoor heated pool, multiple hot tubs, a sauna, fitness center, outdoor firepits, and a game room with a billiards table — perfect for both relaxation and fun. You’ll also have access to a community clubhouse, private laundry, and paid garage parking. And when it’s time to explore, you’ll love the location just steps from Ski School, The Maggie, and nearby rental shops, with even more dining and shopping options next door at Main Street Station and along historic Main Street only two blocks away.

• Bunk Bed Suite: twin xl-over-queen bunk bed, private bathroom with shower/tub smart tv. (sleeps 3)
• Half Bathroom: water closet.

• Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
• No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
• Please Note: This is a seventh-floor condo with elevator access.
• Parking: 1 garage space total. Parking at the Village at Breckenridge is limited and not guaranteed for all guests. This ski in ski out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $30 per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.
