This upscale property offers all the bells and whistles for your family. Both of these gorgeous homes have been recently renovated with light and airy open floor plans. Modernist Oasis has a private enclosed front yard with a pool and off-street parking. It is a short drive to the interstate and resort area, and just a few steps to the beach.

The main house of this oceanside retreat is 4 bedrooms with 3.5 baths located behind the two bedroom guest house on this gorgeous property. The first floor living area has a large open kitchen, stone counter tops, a 5-burner gas stove, stainless steel appliances, microwave, a bar that seats 6, and a dining room table that seats 10. The kitchen opens up to a living room with a 2-story cathedral ceiling, a flat-screen TV, and ceiling fans. Also off the kitchen is a utility room with washer/dryer and a hallway half bath. Just off the living room in the back of the house is a large screened-in porch that spans the width of the house, with a second dining room table that seats 10, an additional outdoor seating area, as well as a ceiling fan. The yard area has a small garden, gas grill, and a hot/cold outdoor shower.

The first bedroom in the main house is a on the first floor off the living area with a king bed, and a full bath with shower. The second bedroom is on the 2nd floor with a king bed. There is a hallway bath with shower. The third bedroom is also on the 2nd floor, and has custom built-in triple stacked bunk beds on each side and sleeps 6. The principal suite has a king bed, walk-in closet, private bath with double vanity, glass shower and separate free-standing tub, as well as a private deck.

The guest house of this property has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first floor living area has a living room and a kitchen with a dishwasher, Jenn-aire range, stainless steel appliances, microwave, washer/dryer and ice maker, and full bathroom. The second floor king bedroom shares a full bathroom with the second bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds and a private balcony overlooking the pool.

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.

Pool heating available for $75/day upon request.

Unauthorized pool heat use will be charged $75/night for the entire stay.

Checkout by 10 AM. Late checkouts without approval incur 2x nightly rate.

Damage, Liability & Insurance

Guests are fully responsible for any damage, lost items, or excess cleaning required during their stay.

We reserve the right to seek reimbursement for damage. Nonpayment may lead to further action outside Vrbo.

Guests assume full responsibility for personal injury or property damage during the stay.

The owner is not liable for accidents, theft, or injuries on the property.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance. Our policy does not cover guest property or liability.

Additional Policies

Trash pickup: Tuesday morning. Please roll bins to the curb Monday night and return them after pickup.

Parking: 4 driveway spaces + free street parking.

Utilities: Please conserve energy. Set A/C to 77° or heat to 65° when away.

Holdover policy: Unauthorized late stays will be charged at 2x the nightly rate.
