On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy family room with a large flatscreen TV, a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator, a freestanding ice maker, and a bath. The second floor opens into a spacious great room that connects seamlessly with the kitchen, which features countertop bar seating for seven.
