Thank you for staying with us and for sharing such detailed feedback. I’m sorry about the issues with the bedroom and bathroom doors, the shower drainage, and the porch condition—those aren’t the experience we want for guests, especially when the home was otherwise nicely furnished and clean. We’re taking this seriously and will address these items so the space is more comfortable and welcoming. We appreciate you pointing it out, and we hope to provide a much smoother stay next time.
