Step into Moonah Ocean, your private moonah-tree sanctuary, just a short walk from the dramatic Number 16 coastline with its cliffs, rock platforms, blowholes, and the striking sandstone formation known as Lizard Head.



Tucked within native coastal woodland, this spacious 3-bed, 2-bath home feels relaxed and private. Mature moonah trees surround the property, and at night the soft lighting highlights their sculptural shapes, creating an inviting and atmospheric garden outlook. It’s an easy base for beach days, coastal walks, golf, and visits to the Peninsula’s hot springs, with the calm bay beaches only a short drive away.



Inside, the house is light-filled with plenty of space for families and small groups.



The space:

• 3 spacious bedrooms:

 – Bedroom 1: Queen bed with native garden outlook

 – Bedroom 2: Queen bed with moonah tree views

 – Bedroom 3: Bunk room with 4 bunk beds, great for kids, teens or larger groups



• 2 modern bathrooms, including one with a bath and a separate powder room

• Generous living and dining areas with a smart TV

• A fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave.

• Laundry with washer, and dryer

• Split-system heating/cooling and ceiling fans

• Covered outdoor dining with BBQ

• Parking: Double carport plus a circular driveway with room for additional cars.
