Hi, we are the Scheller's, Stu and Cathy. We have been married over 40 years. We raised our four children in this house, and currently have 12 grandchildren. We started a Vacation Rental Business later on in our life, second act. Our hobby has grown into a business that takes us away from home often. We are also gone a lot visiting our grandchildren who are spread out across the U.S.A. Cathy always wanted to turn this house into a bed and breakfast. This is it with a twist. We won't be preparing your breakfast! :)

This historical home deserves to stand on its own and be shared. It is rumored to have been a stop on the Underground Railroad. Remember we are only a few miles from the Ohio river. We discovered several "spaces" large enough for one or two people to hide in while adding the HVAC system in this old house. It has a rich history that dates back to the Revolutionary war era when this land was deeded as payment for Revolutionary War service. It was purchased in 1830 and the Hopper family began their work turning this property into a first class orchard. Hence, the name, Fruit Hill Farm, which is also the name of this area. It is unique that all of the bedrooms have access to their own bathroom. The grounds are second to none. It was my dream to restore an historic home and create gardens to share with others.

Outdoor heated salt water pool, catch and release stocked fishing pond, Zen Garden with labyrinth, gardens, gardens and more gardens. Private... neighbors are right there but you cannot see them. 1830's farmhouse, gardens and large rooms. Pool table. 15 minutes to downtown but you get to relax in a Garden Estate.
