We really enjoyed our time here! The patio can’t be beat, the sunrise views from bed were amazing, and everything that we needed was there. Our host communicated wonderfully and checked in on us, too. A perfect little spot for our family of 4 - and being dog friendly was appreciated too! The condo was very clean and the shower pressure was like a massage. Highly recommend!

The location and size of the cottage was perfect for us. We loved the proximity to the beach. It was wonderful to sit in the hot tub with the view of the palm tree and ocean as well. The cottage was clean and well stocked. We would definitely return in the future!

Gorgeous back patio facing ocean. Hot tub and beautiful outdoor decoration and comfy places to sit. Loved having a palm free in the back and the beach is a 30 second walk. View from upstairs loft is insane. House is old but charming design and kept very clean. Beautiful renovated shower. Excellent location to shops and food. Just don’t rely on the beach stuff there—chairs and umbrellas rusted and broken. Bring your own

7/19 to 7/26Great location. Direct access to the beach. Easy check in/check out process.Animal friendly. Decor is nice.Upon arrival I did a "walk" through and back bedroom step was damaged. I immediately took a picture and sent to the owner. It was definitely a hazard however, I did not want to have to wait for a repair person to fix it so my husband put "Blue" painters tape on the step. Refrigerator does not have an "ice maker" nor did it have ice trays. I left the ice trays :). If you are a "light" sleeper do not sleep in the "loft" the air conditioning unit is super loud and will awaken you every time it turns on. Bed is super comfortable.Water pressure in upstairs bathroom "sink" is awful. Hose handle on patio is difficult to use because it is old.Beach chairs and umbrella should be replaced. Deck steps are uneven and last step is not attached.FYI beach towels look like regular towels. Owner sent someone to bring towels only to find out they were in the closet. As well previous renters left their dog bags with poop inside. It was removed by woman who brought over the towels. Greatly appreciated!There are smart TVs however you will need your login information for Netflix and Amazon and so forth.Above mentioned was brought to owners attention. I hope she fixes these things!I would also update pictures of Patio.Overall, relaxing and great weather.

Location Location

First time visiting the Atlantic side of Florida. We usually visit the Gulf side but no more. Waves and water temperatures were perfect. The condo itself was just steps away from your own private beach with just a few other families who are staying in other condominiums. Everything we needed was supplied, rather it be linens, beach supplies, or kitchen utensils. Only thing that was missing was beach towels but we found some at the dollar store that were reasonable.I also never knew a hot tub could be so nice at a beach house in July. Back porch is a great spot to hang out and watch the waves.If water pressure is important to you as it is for us you won’t be disappointed. Usually water pressure is low at places near the beach and this is no different. The sinks have low pressure but the shower more then makes up for it. All in all this was a great trip at a reasonable price. Can’t wait to return next year.

WONDERFUL PLACE ON THE DUNE

Wife & I with 2 australian shepherds totally enjoyed every minute at the place - including Easter dinner with her dad/wife. We came ‘all worn down’ from work projects & left at 99.9% recharged - due to peaceful, private location, really nice place & nothing but great host support. We’ll be back for sure. Thx!!!

Gorgeous location and home

The property lived up to every expectation- beach access and view was stunning, patio well equipped and comfortable, hot tub was a treat. Waking up in bed to the sight of the waves was amazing. Beds - loft room was huge and extremely comfortable, back room was a bit soft for me but also very comfortable. Super clean house, well equipped kitchen.

Sunrises and coffee

Every morning we were up before sunrise and sat on the patio and watched the sunrise while listening to the waves on the beach. Unit was well maintained, clean and very comfortable. The patio exceeded expectations and spent hours just relaxing. Location was convenient for shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Christmas 2024

My mother and I had a wonderful time at this property. The views were spectactular, very close to grocery stores, and it was a treat to soak in the hottub after a long day on the beach and then snooze away in the very comfortable beds. The only thing a little tricky was the TV. I would recommend bringing a firestick. Overall 9/10

Great Vacation

The proximity to the beach and being far away from large hotels made it feel like we had our own little private spot on the beach. Carol was very communicative and helpful. The hot tub had some issues and she made sure it was repaired and were able to enjoy it for at least part of our stay. The house felt homey and clean.

Serene, mesmerizing view, perfect spot for rest and relaxation.

My husband and I recently visited Melbourne and had the blessing of vacationing in this beautiful property. Carol is a wonderful host and responsive to any needs that we might have. The beach front townhouse was located in an ideal location near grocery stores and restaurants, but yet felt quiet and secluded. The townhouse was equipped with kitchen supplies for preparing meals and outdoor recreation equipment for the beach. The setting was so serene and the view was mesmerizing, especially from the patio and upstairs bedroom loft. Each morning I watched the sun rise and spent many hours on the private beach. It was perfect and we will definitely reserve this wonderful property again when we visit our son in the future.

Beautiful place to stay

Clean and very nice play to stay. Remotely retractable blinds to keep the morning sun out if you want to sleep in or wake to the morning sun and incredible beach view. Excellent quiet location on a clean beach but still close to surf shops and dining. The coconut tree on the back patio made for some awesome photos. The ocean waves here were great for boogie boarding and keeping the kids entertained. All around recommend staying here.

Peaceful beach cottage

Beautiful view 🏝️

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of amenities. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels all provided for going to the beach so that was an added bonus. The view was amazing. Watching the sunrise 🌅 each morning while having my coffee on the patio was so peaceful. Carol was awesome and very quick to respond to any questions I had. Thank you for the memories.

Beach beauty

Very nice property about as close to the beach as you can get. Unfortunately during our stay weather didn’t cooperate for the beach although our dog loved the beach walks. Property is very clean and well maintained. Carol, property mgr/owner is excellent and was very helpful. Location is very handy to many excellent restaurants and Olde Melbourne although traffic can sometimes be a challenge.

Relaxing beach vacation

My wife and I wanted to have a nice, relaxing stay at the beach and we were not disappointed. This townhouse is comfortable and is a perfect size. It has a wonderful patio and a beautiful coconut tree that is directly on the beach and steps away from the ocean. The hot tub also has an unobstructed view of the beach. There’s a great pizza place, ice cream and coffee shop 1/2 mile up the beach. We also frequented a great beach bar that’s 3/4 mile up the beach. We enjoyed other local restaurants and shopping in historic Melbourne. We had a great time and look forward to returning.

Great stay

Just returned from our stay Oct. 13-20 and the stay was fantastic. As other reviews state, the description and pictures on VRBO are just like being there! We got lucky to walk the beach our 3 rd day and came across 2 girls retrieving eggs from a green sea turtle who came ashore the night before. Actually got to see 4 little guys heading to the ocean to begin their lives in the ocean. Plenty of good eating and drinking establishments as well as a quaint downtown. Very relaxing just sitting on the deck looking at the ocean waves. Will definitely return! Thanks Carol

Great Escape

The oceanfront cottage was an ideal escape for our family of 4. The location was perfect for our plans to bum it on the beach in the off-season of October, still enjoying the last that summer has to offer. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc. are all just minutes away. Orlando is about an hour and a half drive, making it a great location for those who want to skip the beach for a day to visit Universal Studios or Disney. The beach is your backyard and the back patio is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening bbq’s. Relaxing beneath the coconut tree while the waves crash in the distance will forever be burned into our memories. Can’t say enough great things about this place. We will definitely look to stay here again in the years to come.

Breathtaking

The view when you walk in the door is breathtaking. Not to mention the view from the large master bedroom windows. The townhome is exactly as pictured. Very clean and the furniture was extremely comfortable. Very beautifully decorated. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook because we took advantage of the nearby restaurant's enjoying each and every one. Spending the day on the beach was amazing, feeling like we were on a private beach. Carol is a wonderful host and easy to get in touch with, not that we needed anything 🙂 Look forward to staying again in the future.
