Take a short stroll across Ocean Boulevard and through the towering dunes to the most secluded stretch of oceanfront in Myrtle Beach, or kick back beside the on-site pool and soak up the sun and the scenery. Despite the tranquil environment, the excitement and entertainment of the
Grand Strand is only a short drive away.

• Please note: Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. This is mandatory to insure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Needs updating but location was great

The photos are deceiving because the property needs a lot of updating, but it was extremely clean and we had a ton of clean towels. The hot tub was broken, but we were a 2 minute walk across the street to get to the beach. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable and lumpy. There was a musty smell inside the complex and the unit itself, so we bought air freshener to mask it. We also got a warning for not having the parking pass in our window but it had ripped so we had to tape it and put it back up. The shower in the master bedroom would not stop dripping and it was so loud we could hear it all night even with the door shut. Same thing with the toilet in the hallway bath. It would keep running after every 3-4 flushes and we had to take the top off and reset the handle. There were also no sink stoppers in the kitchen for washing dishes. It was a decent enough place to sleep at night, but there weren’t enough places for the 5 of us to sit and watch a movie or tv after we came back to the unit at night.

Peaceful Spot

It was a nice quiet location. There were definitely a few things that need updating but was not too concerned with the minor cosmetics because I was not there to nit pick the property. The views from the balcony were everything and a great spot to enjoy my morning coffee. We are already talking about going back next year.

Last minute trip

The outside grounds were nice and well kept. The inside of the building had a strange set up. The room was nice, smelled a little bit musky though. Overall, nice place to stay for a last minute trip.
