We had a great experience! The setting was excellent, the screened in porch was wonderful, and the communication with the host was great! Would highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic property! Perfect for a Labor Day weekend at the lake. Clean, cozy, the beds slept great. The screened in porch was the star of the show. So great to sit out there and watch the trees.

Loved our stay. We are accustomed to a larger TV and the sound system was a bit difficult to enjoy, but only because we spent evenings in relaxing. The evening rains and storms were evening relaxing! Looking forward to our next opportunity to visit!

The cabin was very clean and loved that we could bring our little dog. The gate keeper was so nice and very helpful with telling us of places to visit and places to eat. We will come back for another visit in the future. Thank you.

Super clean, well appointed cabin in the woods. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of dishes, glassware, and silverware. The setting is beautiful and very peaceful, easily enjoyed from the wonderful screened porch. Plenty of room and comfortable furniture throughout the home. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for sharing your mountain home.

We absolutely loved the cabin! Our favorite part was the HUGE screened in porch where we could enjoy listening to the babbling brook! It truly was peaceful.Lake Lure was beautiful too, and we were so happy to see the wonderful progress that has been made there. You really would not know that there had been a hurricane there just by looking at the lake. We enjoyed dinner on Saturday at La Strada and then at The 828 on Sunday after hiking around Chimney Rock! Praying that progress continues upriver with rebuilding the houses and businesses!

We were there for 3 nights and really enjoyed the stay. Great location to visit Lake Lure, Chimmy Rock and Hendersonville which are the areas we wanted to visit. Very nice and clean cabin with all the items we needed. Loved coming back in the evening and sitting on the screened in deck at night. It is a very dark and quiet place, but we liked it that way. It is a long hard packed gravel road to get to the cabin, but we had no problems getting to it.
