We had a group of 13 adults. We had plenty of space to all be together and enough room to spread out if we wanted. Kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed to prepare large meals. Lake front was beautiful. Plenty of outdoor seating by the bonfire.

Beautiful property. All necessities were included at the house making the stay hassle free. Quiet lake front and beautiful scenery. This was our first time renting a lake house and it did not disappoint!

Rustic Get Away

The owner was very responsive to our every need and the house was at a great location. I wouldn't recommend this house for elderly people as the floors are uneven.

Beautiful lake

We enjoyed our stay. Lake was clean and beautiful. The deck was a nice place to eat. The inside was roomy. A few glitches with the house, but the owner was quick to respond. Overall an enjoyable stay at the lake.

House was great! Central AC would have been nice but a basement sleeping arrangement worked out well. Lots of shade outside. Beautiful views!

My wedding at Jeff’s house ♥️

Jeff was very kind with us! He let us use all the amenities of the house. He even sent a person to help with the outdoor cleaning. The wedding was a dream, the lake, the view, and the people around, is a perfect spot to enjoy with the family. The next day for sure we used the kayak and the jacuzzi 😍 Thanks for everything Jeff!

Wonderful home and beach access. Perfect for a summer family party. My son loved the two sided outside bar. No central air but bedroom unit kept the first floor satisfactory. Some windows and outside deck areas could be improved/cleared. More than adaquate paper, soap and cleaning products provided. Thank you Jeff !

Lake house

It was great the owner is great as well. The dock doesn’t have any way to tie a boat up. The boat hoist works great for v style boats only not pontoons. Great yard and great neighbors. We don’t stay up late and party all night so the neighbors might not like that but they are great. Great sun at night perfect view of sunset every night. Best part is you only really have to bring food owner supplies pretty much everything you need.

Safari Style Lakehouse With A Great View

We stayed at this lakehouse to celebrate our daughter's Sweet 16th Birthday. My husband and myself brought our daughter who turned 16 while we were there, and 10 of her 16 year old girlfriends. We were there from July 8th, 2025 through July 11th, 2025. The property had more than enough room for all of our sleeping arrangements. Everything we needed was already there for us to use: towels, Washcloths, paper plates, plastic cutlery, toilet paper, paper towels, etc...Jeff, the owner is amazing at communicating with his guests. I had many questions leading up to our trip and even while we were there. He was more than accommodating. Each time I would text him about something he would call me almost immediately. There was even a day when we needed a glass measuring cup and I texted him to ask if there was one on property that we could use. Normally he does have one there, but we couldn't find it, so he offered to call his neighbor so we could borrow one to measure our waffle mix, lol. Our stay was peaceful, fun and beautiful. The Hot-Tub out on the back deck was a huge hit with 11 sixteen year old girls. The firepit was gigantic and we had a couple of really nice campfire nights while we were there. The house itself is beautiful. It is a safari theme with many different animal heads mounted on the walls. It didn't seem to phase the girls. They got a kick out of the turkey and even named him while we were there. They named him 'Thanksgiving Dinner' ...LOL...We had a great time.

Great vacation home for family and pets

We truly enjoyed the home and surrounding property. Visiting in the fall was a plus for us to enjoy the changing colors of nature and a quieter lake atmosphere. We felt at home here and the house/property had everything we needed. Jeff is a great host and kindly allowed us to take our dog Buckley to the property. Buckley enjoyed the lake as much as we did. Thank you, Jeff!

Spacious rental

We stayed for almost a week the lake was beautiful and the neighbors were very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that we had to clean the place when we got there, ( moldy bread in the cupboard, branches on the deck, grill was gross). We even had to go buy a grill brush as the one provided as so worn down it was like a stick with grease on it. When we fired up the ,( after having to buy propane because the 3 tanks were empty) the neighbor came running over because the whole gril was in flames from not being cleaned. If you put all that and the cobwebs and broken stove aside it was a big house on a beautiful lake that we enjoyed. Just don't go by the pictures.

Great lakefront!

The lakefront of this property from front porch to lawn to dock was PERFECT for our family gathering. Clear water, pebble beach, seaweed that Conesus always has😉, kayaks…just great lake living. Host Jeff was EXCELLENT. Few “glitches” with house but a great lake vacation. House is definitely not childproof (multiple electric outlets loose or without faceplates), stove with 2 burners not 4 , vegans and vegetarians would be very uncomfortable with the safari theme throughout (including actual wild animal heads on walls). I would book again for the lakefront alone.

Overall a good property, little cluttered, single window air conditioned unit.

Jeff was super helpful and responsive. Many things were provided from disposable plates and utensils, to propane for the grill. Good property. It says air conditioned, but there is a single air conditioning window unit. It barely kept the master bedroom cool. The basement itself was naturally cool luckily and that is the large 3 bed, bedroom. Plenty of varying things included some kayaks, some games and books, internet, hammock, plenty of seating., fireplace. Handful of things covered in cobwebs, dirt and dust. Life jackets, camping chairs, an outdoor cooler, the hot tub. (Not listed/included) but could be cleaned off.

Wonderful place to stay, and the host was great and responsive!

Unfortunately, the septic pump failed half way through our stay but the host personally Came out late at night to help an a a Plummer there immediately the following morning. The layout was perfect for a large group with a big yard for the children to play. Highly recommend

Lake Conesus Visit July 2022

Great location on the lake, house was clean and Jeff could not have been more helpful or accomodating for our family. My sons enjoyed the dock, using the kayaks and exploring the lake, my husband enjoyed the peaceful and breathtaking views. Plenty of room for our family to spread out and kids appreciated the large screen TV in the living room. All in all a great time! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Very nice accommodations

This house had just what we needed. My only suggestion is to list specifically where the ac is. The whole house does not have ac, only a window unit in the master. That made the upstairs bedrooms very hot at night - even with fans running and windows open. Might also suggest getting rid of the hot tub - would make the deck space larger and more inviting! Otherwise, we only used the main floor and upstairs. My kids were too afraid to go to the basement, but that’s just them. Owner was very easy to get ahold of and answered all our questions.
