Beautiful sunsets on the lake, spectacular views from prime north-east location

Enjoy 50 feet of beautiful private lake frontage at this 3 bedroom 2 full bath year-round home on Conesus Lake. The water is shallow at the break wall and becomes gradually deeper to a depth of approximately 4 to 5 feet at the end of the dock. Perfect for swimming with small children, weed mats keep the water free of weeds. Roast marshmallows and make s'mores at the fire pit. Dine outdoors on the huge deck with sweeping views of the entire northern half of the lake. A gas grill with full propane tank is provided. There are also 4 kayaks with life jackets available for guest use.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, and a working fireplace in the living room. Upstairs you will find a full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, dining area with seating for 6-8, living room with a gas fireplace and queen-sized sleeper sofa, and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second has a twin over full bunk bed. Please note that the top bunk is intended for children only and not recommended for adults.

Downstairs you will find a second full bathroom with standing shower, a second kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area and a third bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a washer/dryer, flat screen TV, and Roku. High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the house.

We do not charge any fees for extra guests or to dock your boat. This is a self-cleaning rental. Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Bed linens and kitchen/bath towels are included in the weekly rate and will be laundered by the host after guest departure.

Great week on the lake!

We totally enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It was clean and comfortable. The view and access to the lake were amazing. Having access to the kayaks was an added bonus. We would definitely stay at this location again and recommend to friends!

Beautiful lake view

Cottage is warm and comfortable, close to restaurants with a view of the lake right on top of the water that is incredible. Owner was terrific to work with, very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Great sunsets

This was a great place. Everything was as told and no issues. Communication was easy and no problem. Family / grandkids/ our kids and more. It was a wonder time. Highly recommended. We do live 20 minutes away BUT it was like a true vacation on the lake. This place does not disappoint!!

Amazing Lakefront Getaway

Everything about this rental was top notch. The home was great! With 2 familes we were able to have our own spaces never feel crowded. Having the lake right off our deck was great. Jas allowed us to tie up our boat to the dock as well.

Jas is a super host. She communicated well and told us to contact her before and during our stay if we had questions. Property location is awesome. The large deck and fire pit were a nice bonus. Checking in and out was a breeze. Sheets and pillows were soft and comfy.

Beautiful sunsets

Great property with everything that you need. We loved hanging out on the large deck and around the fire pit at night making s’mores and looking at the beautiful sunset, and floating and swimming from the dock during the day. Boat launch was just a few minutes drive from the house. Communication with owner was great.

Great Lakehouse!

The house was the perfect place for our night away! We had 1 couple and 2 other adults and we have plenty of space plus some! The weather held out for us to be able to enjoy the deck in the evening with the fire table. And we had the great pleasure of the sky clearing for us to be able to photograph the northern lights! Would stay again. House was clean and has all the amenties we needed!

We have been staycationing on Conesus Lake for several years. We love it for the fishing, kayaking, and of course the beautiful sunsets. We live only 15 minutes away in the neighboring town of Avon and are always readily available to assist you in the unlikely event that you experience a problem during your stay. If you are visiting from out of town, please ask us for our recommendations on local attractions.

Conesus Lake is the closest of the New York Finger Lakes to downtown Rochester and therefore it's an ideal weekend getaway for those residing in the Greater Rochester area. The location is excellent for experiencing all that this region of the state has to offer. It's only a 25 minute drive to Letchworth State Park, our very own "Grand Canyon of the East". For those who enjoy skiing, Bristol Mountain ski resort is just 30 minutes away. It's a rare winter when Conesus Lake doesn't freeze from one end to the other. In addition to ice fishing, winter sports here include ice skating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and ice sailing. For wine-lovers, Deer Run Winery is located right here on Conesus Lake.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We fell in love with this property at first sight. The house is set back from the road and on the side of a gradually sloping hill. This allows for ample parking space, while also cutting down significantly on noise from passing cars. We love the large decks, both in the front and back of the house. The downstairs kitchen is perfect as a bar/serving area when most people are spending the day outside and on the water. From the edge of our dock you can view the entire northern half of the lake. The shallow water depth at the shore makes putting in kayaks and canoes easy and is great for kids or new swimmers. Located on the north-east quadrant of the lake, we are only a 35 minute drive to downtown Rochester.
