Wonderful 5 bedroom house on Conesus Lake. Sleeps 10
(***Please take note of off-season Sept - May , extra $40 fee per person/per night over 4 people, that will be added to your reservation***)

Beautiful views on the sunset side of the lake with afternoon breezes. Watch the sun set from the outdoor deck. Updates are continual throughout the house. Master Bedroom just remodeled with new windows, walls, carpet and king size bed. Main bath is totally remodeled. Living room remodeled with new gas fireplace and 65 inch TV
Each bedroom is tastefully decorated. This house is set up for your vacation fun. Dock, paddle boat, 3 kayaks, life vests. Bring your own fishing poles for fishing. New gas fireplace to keep you warm in the winter.

A nature lovers paradise, Conesus Lake is only a few miles from Letchworth State park.

If you have kids, Minnehan's fun center is a 10 minute ride away with a restaurant, go karts, batting cages, and mini golf. A local drive-in movie theater is only 15 minutes away.

For dining there is the Beachcomber on the lake and then the restaurant Ember in Livonia with excellent farm to table food or Galene on the water. Enjoy a day of wine tasting in the Finger Lakes and enjoy a lakeside or local fresh dinner after.

Summer rentals June, July, August, are weekly, Saturday to Saturday.

We take a lot of pride in providing a clean comfortable house for your stay. We vacation ourselves and leave the places we rent as we find them. To help keep our house in the best condition, and provide for the next guests stay, we do ask that on your departure, you help get the house ready by returning the house the way you find it. We have a small cleanign fee of $50 compared to many rentals that charge $200 or more.

Everything was great! The place was clean and welcoming! Just one small suggestion: we didnā€™t mind doing the extra bit of cleaning, but dong it all before 10 is a bit early. Maybe change the checkout time to at least 11? 5 bedrooms with sheets and all towels washed and dried takes some time.Other than that we had the best time! We wanted for nothing!! Wonderful lake view. Enjoyed the fire pit on our last night. Restaurant recommendations and gift certificates left for them were great! We especially enjoyed breakfast at the Little Lake Brewery (twice!). There were 5 of us and we were all very comfortable in the house. Thank you! We would definitely stay here again!

The house is very cozy, clean and organized. The fireplace, paddle boat and kayaks were a nice touch to the fun activities of the lake too. We were confused when we found the clean bed sheets folded over the comforters of the beds for us to set them up when we first arrived but it is probably a habit for VRBO. Iā€™m used to mattresses already having sheets on before guests arrive.Nonetheless, 10/10 experience overall!

Everything about Tim's lake house was perfect. Location, parking, views, well-equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, updated bathroom, wifi, firepit, deck, etc. Great place for 4-6 adults and/or a couple of families. Very reasonable nightly rate. Definitely will stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Great stay on Conesus Lake

We enjoyed our stay and our time at the Finger Lakes and several surrounding state parks. Tim was easy to communicate with ahead of time. Checking in and out was easy. Nice surrounding area and beautiful house on Conesus Lake. We were greeted by welcome gifts which was a nice surprise. The house was clean and well-appointed. We had a lot of fun using the kayaks. Highly recommend this house and Tim!

Nice House with a View

We very much enjoyed our time at Timā€™s House on the Lake. Everything that we needed was there while we explored Letchworth SP and the Conesus area. Tim was great and hw called after our stay to make sure that all was well. We especially liked the upstairs master bedroom with the great view. Apparently he also arranged for a thunder and lightning show for us to enjoy from the living room. All in all a comfy experience.

Great Views, Plenty of Space

There is so much to love about the lake house. It's spacious enough for 3 families with children, beautiful views of the lake, fully stocked with essentials, and very nice rooms. We would definitely stay again. My only negative comment is that being asked to mop, vacuum, wash, dry, fold everything, clean all surfaces etc. Its a lot to ask to leave the house the way I found it and check out by 10am.

Nice area. Place is clean. Just didn't cared for doing all the linens and sheets before 10am check out time. Maybe noontime would be a better time so that way, a lot of small town businesses would be open to shop before leaving town. Overall for the price of the house, you couldn't beat it.

The best stocked kitchen of any place we have ever stayed. Loved the extras- all bathroom and beach towels, all bedding, laundry soap, dish soap, games, listing of activities and places to eat close by. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Excellent Week on the Lake

We were pleasantly surprised that our House had everything we needed for our vacation....right down to the beach towels. Typically we have to shop for dish soap, TP, trashbags etc. but this house was ready. We had a welcome basket with a few gifts along with gift certificates to local restaurants along with suggestions of other places to eat. Lots of games and puzzles to entertain the kids at night. The kids also enjoyed the paddle boat and kayaks. Linens were fresh and quite inviting. We loved the Lakehouse experience so much we are forgoing the ocean beach vacation for the lakehouse vacation. Very relaxing vacation. We will be back šŸ‘

We had an amazing stay!! Upon entering the house, we had a welcome packet with gift cards to local places & a helpful guide to places to eat, hike and shop. I fished every day off the dock and we enjoyed making a fire at night for smores. Tim was extremely helpful prior to arrival with some questions & the process was easy coming & going. 2024 Total Eclipse Lake House

We rented this Conesus Lake home to have an unobstructed view of the 2024 total solar eclipse. Tim replied promptly and efficiently to questions. Check in and out was effortless. Recent property renovations are beautiful and modern while thoughtfully making use of period materials stored onsite. Conesus Lake is close to Rochester and Geneseo and has great restaurants and fishing. The water is warm, the people are nice and it is a fun lake to come to. Minnehans Fun Center is great for the kids with go karts and mini golf and batting cages. There are multiple museums and antique shops nearby.

We chose Conesus Lake because of the quaintness of the lake and area. The little convenience store, Shoreless Acres is adorable. The lake is beautiful. The afternoon breezes are refreshing. The kids love to fish off the dock. The Conesus Lake Ring of Fire on July 3 has more fireworks than anywhere you have ever seen.
