The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a large island, walk in pantry and quality appliances (including a dishwasher), makes entertaining effortless.

The home comfortably accommodates families and groups across four bedrooms, featuring three queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with two bunk beds—ideal for children or additional guests. Two modern bathrooms provide space and convenience for everyone.
Out the back, enjoy a covered entertaining area with BBQ and dining, perfect for easy coastal living year-round.

Located just a short stroll to Middleton Beach and close to Port Elliot, Goolwa Beach and the main town of Victor Harbor, The White House Middleton is the perfect base to relax, explore and reconnect.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet neighborhood, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.

IF the garage door remote is lost - you will be charged a fee of one additional nights accommodation.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
