The Space:
Set on Basham Parade, you look out directly over Horseshoe Bay in this recently built property. Enjoy a BBQ on the front deck and watch the waves roll in and out, or enclose yourselves out in the rear retreat that is almost an additional room. Upstairs there is a large open plan kitchen (complete with all top of the range appliances), dining and lounge with floor to ceiling windows that bring you out onto the balcony, again enjoying the views of the bay. The master bedroom containing queen bed and built in robes along with ensuite.
Downstairs there are the further 3 bedrooms, 1 with queen, 1 with double bed, and the 3rd with 2 singles. Each room has its own theme as well as built in robe space, and the front 2 bedrooms has direct access out onto the front deck. The main bathroom is also located downstairs, along with a further lounge retreat and kitchenette, set-up with additional oven, cook top and dishwasher.
With ducted air conditioning throughout, and a gas log fire upstairs this property really is everything you could want for a luxury break on the South Coast all year round. For convenience there is dual street access, and a secure undercover car park.
