Cottage with private beach!

A quiet and cozy cottage boasting a sun-drenched beach with small dunes. We are tucked away from the hustle and bustle with a quick commute to the entire Chesapeake area.

Enjoy endless fun as you bask in the sun, go for a swim, make a sandcastle, fish from the shore or watch pods of migrating bottlenose dolphins dance in the air.

The entrance begins with a temperature controlled enclosed front porch. Enjoy a recently updated kitchen sporting a bright and cheery paint scheme complimented by a butcher block breakfast bar.
The dining room provides a front row seat to spectacular sunrises each morning with a wide unobstructed view of the Chesapeake Bay's horizon. It is absolutely a breathtaking sight!
As you glide past the breakfast bar, the room opens into a nautical themed living room. CA/CH keeps it nice and cool on hot summer days complimented by ceiling fans in every room.
The living room is furnished with a full-size sofa & loveseat with recliners & wood plank flooring. 50” Smart TV in LR w/high speed WI-FI to utilize your streaming services. YouTube tv also included.
Large utility room adjacent to the kitchen with loads of cabinets, W/D complimented by a menagerie of small kitchen appliances ( microwave, toaster oven, blender, Keurig, coffee pot etc.) & plenty of kitchenware. Both are generously stocked with supplies to jump start your stay.

The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed, 32" Smart TV, walk-in closet and a full master bathroom with stand-up shower. The Middle room features a full size bed. The third room/children's room includes a set of twin beds, closet full of books and games, conveniently located next to the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

We are pet friendly with prior approval on a case by case basis. No puppies or dangerous breeds accepted. We require a completed pet addendum and a $200 non-refundable pet fee for 1 pet & 250.00 for 2 pets (max of 2). Weight limit is 50lbs or less. Require picture of pet with pet addendum.
Make sure you flip thru our Welcome Book for useful information on the property & recommendations for dining out or popular attractions in the area. Seafood Lover's must visit Graham & Rollins Seafood, an iconic mainstay of our salty little town.
We accept reservations during the In-Season (Mid-May to Mid-September) from Sat to Sat only. During the Off-Season we require a 3-day minimum at reduced pricing. Check In is 330pm and check out is 1030am. Rates are for 6 people. $150.00 additional fee/each additional guest for a maximum of 2 additional guest.

All reservations require a completed rental contract with the house rules attached to your initial reservation and a picture ID returned to us within 72 hrs. of securing your booking.

We are strictly devoted to family- oriented vacations. We DO NOT entertain parties, weddings, reunions or large gatherings of any kind.
