Oceanfront Escape Private Beach

We’re so glad you’re considering a stay at our waterfront home—it’s a special place for our family, and we love being able to share it with others.

As parents of two energetic kids (ages 6 and 10), we’ve found this home to be the perfect spot for creating fun memories together. Our kids absolutely love the water—whether it's playing on the little backyard beach, paddling in the kayaks, or just spotting birds and dolphins from the shore. There’s something magical about watching them explore and enjoy nature so freely.

We’ve spent countless evenings here roasting marshmallows around the firepit, playing board games at the table, or making up silly songs on the piano and guitar. It’s the kind of place where screens get forgotten, and quality time just happens naturally.

Hosting gives us a chance to share that experience with you. We love hearing about the memories our guests make—sunsets on the bay, kayak adventures, peaceful mornings with coffee in hand. Whether you're here with kids, friends, or on a quiet getaway, our hope is that you feel at home, relaxed, and recharged.

We also loved the variety of things to do without ever leaving the property—playing the piano or guitar, kayaking on calm waters, sitting around the firepit, or having game nights inside. It’s big enough for families or groups to spread out (over 2,800 sq ft!), but still feels warm and inviting.

The location is ideal—just across from the naval base, steps from a boat ramp, and only a short walk to a larger public beach. Wildlife visits are a bonus too—birds, dolphins, and peaceful moments with nature right outside the door.

This home felt like the perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and coastal charm—and we knew it would be a place where great memories are made.
