Escape to the tranquil mountains and experience the best of both Park City and Deer Valley from the comfort of our charming 2-bedroom condo. Nestled between these world-renowned destinations, this inviting retreat is the perfect base for a serene mountain getaway. With its private entrance and space for up to 5 guests, it's ideal for small families and groups seeking a peaceful retreat in the heart of nature.

Property Highlights:
Living Area: The spacious living area features a large seating area where you can relax by the gas fireplace and enjoy your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV.

Kitchen: The modern kitchen boasts granite countertops and comes fully stocked with dishes and starter supplies. You can whip up delicious meals during your stay and enjoy them at the dining table. Choose from a Keurig or drip coffee maker for your morning brew.

Bedrooms: Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a small deck for soaking in the fresh mountain air. The ensuite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination ensures convenience. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed, along with its own ensuite bathroom.

Year-Round Comfort: Stay comfortable all year round with baseboard heating in the winter and newly installed air conditioning for the summer months.

Convenience: Two parking spaces are available in a secure garage, with additional outdoor parking just steps from your front door. Unwind in the communal hot tub and enjoy the outdoor seating area. The bus stop to Deer Valley Mountain, Park City Mountain, Canyons, or Kimball Junction is within walking distance, and it's FREE! Main Street, with its dining and shopping options, is also a short walk away. For outdoor enthusiasts, beautiful hiking trails are just a short drive up Marsac Ave.

Location, location

The property was just as described. We loved our ability to just walk right into Park City in minutes. It made going out to dinner and enjoying Park City a breeze. We also could catch the free shuttle right outside the door to get up to Deer Valley. Location was fantastic and the unit its self was great. Overall, we would definitely recommend it.

Place was great, phenomenal location. Cozy living room, bedrooms were good. Great internet speed, and the property was clean, good hot tub. The temperature was too hot the first two nights so we didn't sleep well but management came out the third day and was able to help fix it. Would definitely come back again.

Excellent choice

Given all the options for accommodation, we stepped outside our comfort zone this holiday season. This location was absolutely perfect given its proximity to Main Street along with all the amenities. It was spacious and comfortable beyond my expectations.
