This elegant beach-cation rental features a spacious open floor plan that combines the kitchen, living room, and dining room together. The beach-themed interior decor adds that nice touch that will surely help you relax and leave all of your worries at the door. The living area is the perfect place to gather with your friends after spending the day at the beach or at the shared outdoor pool; kick back, relax, and a fun movie on the TV. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you could need to prepare delicious full-course meals, quick meals, and even beach snacks. Your patio is another great place to gather as it's equipped with comfortable chairs and offers great views of the complex.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 1.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Trip cut short

When we arrived, the entry code we were given didn’t work. After trying several different codes, we were finally able to get in. Once inside, the rugs in the hallway were dirty, and the unit had a strong, unpleasant smell. On day two, the washing machine broke. We were told no one would be able to come that day, but someone would be sent. By day four, no one ever called or showed up to repair it. The condo also has a roach problem. Unfortunately, due to all these issues, we ended up cutting our trip short and heading home early.

Carribean West 113When we first arrived, the door code didn’t work. After being given several different codes, we were finally able to get in. Once inside, the condo had a strange smell. The hallway rugs were very dirty, and the bathroom walls were in poor condition.On the second day, the washing machine broke. I reported it right away and was told it wouldn’t be fixed that day. Unfortunately, by day four, no one ever called or came to repair it. We ended up having to wash our towels at a laundromat.The condo also has a roach problem. Overall, we were very disappointed and ended up leaving a day early because of the poor conditions.

Will not be back

It took us 45 minutes to get a working code for the front door. After numerous calls and emails/chats back and forth with Vacasa we finally got in. Unit has peeling paint on walls and doors and rusted corners on the drywall. Found paint stashed under the bunks so hopefully there's a plan for a much needed refresh soon. Master bed is broken, squeaks terribly and has a large dip in the middle of the mattress. Light pours into master bedroom all night from outside lights, someone tried to fix it with velcro on the curtains, but that has worn out. We threw a quilt over the curtain rod to get sleep. Killed 2 creepy crawlers- it's the beach and somewhat expected but when I sent the photo to Vacasa, they questioned whether or not it was actually a roach... yes, it definitely was. Sink in bathroom does not drain so don't let your entire family brush their teeth back to back. All of these issues were shared in real time with the Vacasa text line. Only pro was closeness to the pool. Public beach access has about 15 ft of dry sand you can use due to other complexes taking over as "private" beach. Will not be returning

Convenient to beach and pool, but will not be back

Took 45 minutes of calls back and forth with customer service to get a working door code for the unit. 6 codes later, we were finally able to get in the front door. Peeling paint, moldy AC vent in bedroom, TV remotes were sticky and had dead batteries. Light pouring in all night into master bedroom, had to tie a quilt up over the curtain to be able to sleep. Only conveniences were close proximity to beach and pool. Do not recommend.

Great location, needs a little attention

Pros- walkable to beach, pool right off of the back deck Cons- the walkable public beach is very small, the condos on either side have the beach blocked off, so it gets very crowded- this was enforced by police The main bed needs replacing. It has a giant dip in it and is very squeaky

June Vacation

The code given did not work for the front door. We called,texted and finally spoke with property manager which took 45 minutes to get a new code to the front door. Condo was very clean however it did not have blankets for the bunk beds. We had to go to the store to purchase blankets. Make sure you bring your own salt and pepper.

Great accommodation for the money

Great location. Comfortable, safe and secure. Proximity to the pool and beach a big plus. The pool is very nice and well maintained.

They gave me the wrong access codes and we couldn't get in until I had to speak and they gave me a different number. It was time to wait outside for several minutes until they helped me over the phone.

Great place

Loved the neighborhood and location. Very quiet and only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Right next to the pool which i occasionally had to myself!

Sweet Spot

Love the location. Walk to the public beach or short ride to Johnson Beach. Walk there if you wish. Faces the Gulf so you can hear the waves and get a glimpse. Great spot for a weekend getaway!

Perfect little getaway! Never received parking permit or had much details on that whole process so we received a parking violation but it was quickly resolved! Very nice room and weather was beautiful.

Nice location

This VRBO was a great getaway. Perfect location, just a short walk to the beach and right next to the pool. This condo was only a short drive to many of the nearby shops, restaurants, and military base. This place was very clean when we arrived and the owners had great communication before we even got there.

Perfect for Family of 4

This condo was perfect for my family of 4. The pool was super nice and right out the back door of the condo. There was just a short walk to the public beach access and a short drive to the Gulf Island National Seashore Park, which was a whole lot less busy than the public beach access near the condo (I would highly recommend). The Condo itself was clean and spacious enough for us 4. I appreciated the washer and dryer! My kids loved the bunk beads. I would be glad to stay there again.

I left some expensive medication in the room. And they told me it would cost me 25.00 just to look . I was willing to pay for shipping . Ridiculous
