Welcome to Dennis Village, this recently renovated bright three bedroom three bath home has two queen beds, along with a double bed and bunk bed outfitted with double size mattress on bottom and twin on top.

Relax in the comfy living room to plan your week and catch up with each other or watch the Red Sox. Start your morning with coffee in the eat in kitchen that offers everything the chef in the family will need for the week! New hardwood floors throughout. Fabulous deck for sunbathing, reading, grilling or cocktails. Big yard with plenty of room for a quick game of touch football, bocce, horseshoes etc. Short drive to Corporation, Mayflower and other bay beaches. Owner leaves 6 (plus) beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and a beach cart and wagon.

Walk to town for shopping, strolling and dining. Monday evenings grab a seat on the Village Green for a concert. Make sure to catch a show at the Cape Theater, it's right at the end of your street! Non-refundable $500 Administrative fee plus applicable state and local taxes., $420 Cleaning fee (Linens Included) *Small dogs allowed with owner approval and a $300.00 pet fee.

Endles Summer Rental Review

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our second rental at Endless Summer was upsetting when we arrived. The former guests had left food in refridgerator, dishes in dishwasher, food on deck table and kitchen counters and toys scattered around. Had to go to market to purchase cleaning materials and return to face an evening (over 4 hours) of cleaning and bagging the garbage left behind. When attempted to put garbage baks in bin, the bin was filled to capacity. Obviously, the cleaning agency hadn't performed the expected service. I would suggest that Sotheby's have a site person to check that the cleaning had been done before the next guests arrive as a matter of courtesy and due diligence. The contract requires leaving guests to fulfill exit steps regarding cleaning or pay a fine. It only seems fair that the rental should be clean and ready at the time indicated for the new guests' arrival. Sotheby's did agree to compensate for the inconvenience. Otherwise, the home is located near Pecorino's and Scargo Cafe and the Marshside restaurants as well as the Merchantile and the Dennis Public Market. It is a short ride or walk to Corporation Beach.

Lovely Cape House Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time. House was cleaned and well maintained. I wish the bedrooms had more full or queen size beds as there was only 1 full bed and the rest were twins.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has everything you need. The yard/deck are amazing and where we spent a lot of time. Great location to walk to Dennis village restaurants, ice cream and candy shop. Very quiet street and great area for walking and runs. One drawback was lack of cabinet space to put away food but mainly b/c they provide everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Also would love a Queen bed in one of the rooms. Would definitely return and we are missing the deck already! Thanks for a great vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at 81 Hope Lane was awesome - the back yard was HUGE and private, with a beautiful big deck! The house itself was great too, although advertised as having 3 bathrooms, it really has 1 bathroom and 2 half bathrooms. So only one indoor shower. But that worked out okay as some of us used the outdoor shower. Just might want to edit that on the description page. The house was really well equipped with everything we could need, the only thing that I would STRONGLY suggest is to replace the full sized bed in the "master bedroom" with a larger, queen size bed. The room is big enough to accommodate it. My husband and I were literally squeezed in as we are used to our king size at home.... Other than that, a perfect house!!!
