The luxurious master bathroom has a jetted bathtub and a separate shower. The second level has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Bedroom one has two twin beds and Bedroom two has one Queen. Each upstairs bedroom has a wall AC unit and fans in the closets. The lower level family room has a pool table and a large flat screen TV, comfortable wraparound seating (couches) and a Queen sized sleeper sofa. The walk-out basement also provides an additional bathroom with shower. The outside shower is accessed from the lower level, located next to the stone patio, which is covered by an arbor covered pergola. At the end of the day enjoy the balcony deck for cocktails and BBQ's, while watching the captivating sunsets. Owner provides pillows and spreads/blankets.
