Come and relax in our home! We promise you will want to move in.

Newly updated 5 Bedroom 3 Bathroom home. New kitchen, paint, flooring, carpet, bathroom, new beds and new furniture. A fun Pirate Playroom, exercise equipment, large TV's with Blu-Ray Players, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, Paramount+, and Netflix. Propane Fire Pit, BBQ, Private Deck that is great for entertaining family and friends.
Due to possible allergies of other guests, we are a pet free and smoke free property. Additional cleaning fee will be charged for either violation.
Great location and a quiet safe neighborhood! Down the street is a huge city park with Pickleball Courts (equipment is in the garage) new playground, picnic areas, and lots of shade.

10 mins from Lagoon.
12 mins to downtown Salt Lake and Convention Center.
10 mins to walking, hiking, and biking trails
15 mins to the SLC Airport.
10 mins to Farmington Station
15 mins to City Creek Mall

University of Utah is 25 minutes away.

8 courses all within 15 minutes drive. Lakeside, Bountiful Ridge, Eaglewood, Davis Park, Valley View, Rose Park, Glendale, and Bonneville.

Property also includes pack n play, space saver high chair, baby video monitor, baby bathtub, toys, roasting sticks, camping chairs, towels and beach towels. Work desk with printer. We even have toilet paper!

Kitchen stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, cookie sheets, crock pot, cooking utensils, Keurig, toaster, teapot, hand mixer, popcorn popper, toaster oven, etc. Plenty of coffee and hot chocolate for your stay.

Washer and Dryer, iron and ironing board.

City Noise Ordinance is 10:00pm-7:00am.
No large parties allowed. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was well stocked and very comfortable. The Christmas decorations were such a nice touch and made the place feel warm and cozy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The location is close to skiing facilities. The neighbor is nice and is close to the train station, Front Runner. The host decorated for Christmas and it was very nice. The place is stocked with spices, baking/ cooking foods. It is a great size. During the day we had 12 people, eating and playing games. We had plenty of room. The host was very responsive and friendly.

We get together with family every weekend in the summer and hit lagoon. Fun weekend in a nice and comfy place close to there. This place I would recommend to all.

Great location for Lagoon

This house was clean and really close to Lagoon. I also liked it was close to restaurants, stores and shopping. The host made check in and out really easy. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Stay, very Family Friendly!!

"We had a fantastic stay! The rental was incredibly spacious with super comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, including cookware and spices. We were pleasantly surprised by the Roku TVs throughout the home. The second living area next to the playroom was perfect for relaxing and a big hit with everyone!"

Such a great place!!

We had such a good stay here. It was perfect for me and my family. The beds were comfortable and the whole house was so clean. My kids absolutely LOVED playing in the play area. We would 100% stay there again! It was the perfect location for us! We had 7 Adults and 3 kids. Everyone enjoyed it!

Wonderful Home

This home was perfect for our family ski trip. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Playroom for kids was wonderful and they loved the stash of games. Close to the highway and the airport. 30 minutes to SnowBasin.We would stay here again!! Only thing we didn't like was the train blowing its horn all night and early morning.

Great ski getaway location and property.

Seven friends rented this house as “base camp” for a week of skiing around the UT resorts. The property was very easy to get to and from, and very conveniently located near major roadways and amenities (food, gas, etc.). The mixture of bedrooms, locations of bathrooms, different spaces to relax, and the huge kitchen/dining room/family room made it very easy to gather and have space. The garage worked well for gear storage and loading/unloading, and having onsite laundry was great. I am saving this place for future use, and hope to stay again. Convenient, affordable, comfortable, and inviting. Highly recommend!

Perfect holiday home

My family of eight and I spent Christmas week at this property. It was our first time spending Christmas away from our own home. The experience in this home was wonderful. We all felt as if we were right at home. This home is very clean with everything you would ever need. All the amenities that are needed in a home are here. Julie was very easy to communicate with. My family and I will definitely stay here again while visiting family in Utah.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient.

This home isn't in the best neighborhood but it is fine. It is convenient to getting on and off the freeway pretty easily. We had 12 adults in our group and it was comfortable for all. The bunk bed mattresses are, well, bunk bed mattresses and not very comfortable, but not horrible. Otherwise nice linens, nicely appointed, and garage access we helpful to us. Had a couple things pop up but owner replied and was helpful. We would stay here again.

Great house if going to Lagoon and close to big Smiths store and restaurants. Parking pass.

The place was great - the only issue was some of the dishes were dirty but I think that last tenant didn't run dishwasher right. I don't think owners issue. Very comfortable house and location is perfect. Quiet neighborhood.

Great location, helpful host!

This was a great house for our wedding getaway and was very close to all sorts of fun things to do in the area. Julie was very friendly, helpful, and communicative regarding our needs and wants. I would definitely recommend staying here.

SLC Winter Fun!

Julie was an amazing host taking care of all the small details to greet us. All the amenities were there and thought of which was awesome. The rooms were great and big enough for the 10 of us! Julie even brought us a new coffee machine on the first morning! The two living areas gave our big family plenty of room to spread out and come together.

I grew up and currently live in the area. Woods Cross is a very safe and friendly community.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

There are a lot of things that make us unique. First, we have the coolest Pirate Playroom. Next, all of the furniture, pillows, blankets, sheets, etc is new. If anything ever has a stain it is immediately replaced. Also-everything is provided for you. Plenty of coffee, hot chocolate, toilet paper, kleenex, paper towels, towels, laundry supplies, q-tips, etc. Honestly, the only things you will need to buy is your food. We are also 12 minutes from Down Town Salt Lake City, 15 minutes from the airport, and all of the ski resorts can be reached in under 1 hour.
