Enjoy a coastal getaway in beautiful Morro Bay. Spectacular views of Morro Rock and the Pacific Ocean await you from the large deck and main living area. A quick 7-10 minute walk down to the beach and your toes are in the sand enjoying Morro Strand Beach. Both Cayucos and downtown Morro Bay are just a quick five minute drive away.

Updated home features a luxurious master suite with walk in shower and double vanity. A fully stocked coastal kitchen features navy blue cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, with a gas range for the true chef. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a queen size sleeper sofa can accommodate eight guests comfortably. The home is spacious at approximately 2200 sq ft of space to enjoy. High speed internet with two HD TVs equipped with Fire sticks setup can stream YouTubeTV as well as most music and video apps with personal login. Please note that guest count and pet/animal policy is strictly enforced.

Additional Information and House Rules:
Maximum Occupancy:
 The maximum occupancy for overnight guests may not exceed 8 persons. Guests are allowed a maximum of 10 persons physically in the house at any time during their stay.
 Guests are responsible for ensuring that any visitors comply with these House Rules.
 Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Any small gathering must comply with our other house rules regarding noise, vehicles, the neighborhood and visitor numbers.
 Guests are to allow homeowner or repairmen/servicemen access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. The homeowner will exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner and advise beforehand when possible.

Parking
 We have parking space on our property for up to 3 vehicles maximum. Please do not park more than 3 vehicles or block the road for our neighbors.
 The garage is off-limits for guests’ vehicles. However, there is a washer and dryer and dart board available for guest use.
 Guests and invitees are not permitted to charge electric vehicles on or within the Premises, including but not limited to through the use of any electrical outlets or facilities provided.

Pets or Animals
 We have a no pet or animal policy for the home to prevent accidental damage and allergies for future guests. If there is evidence of animals after you check-out, we reserve the right to charge an additional $200 cleaning fee and/or additional charges based on the damage by the animal.

Smoking
 Our home is a smoke-free zone. Evidence of smoking (e.g., cigar/cigarette filters, burns, ashes) found on the property will be subject to additional cleaning fees and possible loss of the security deposit.

 Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. This will make it much easier when check-out time comes. The check-out list is located in a frame on the wall in the kitchen. Do not worry about making any used beds so that the cleaning team launders appropriately.
 In case of any accidental damage, please notify us as soon as possible. We will look into the issue internally to determine the repair cost, if applicable.
 We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your stay! However, please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours (2200 – 0800). We are surrounded by many families who call Morro Bay their permanent home.
o If any neighboring residents report excessive noise or unruly behavior, we may have to ask you to leave the property without refund. This could result in loss of security deposit as well.
o In case of any disputes or neighbor complaints, it’s your duty to notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
 No compensation will be given for any brief, temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, or internet services. We will actively work with the local service to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Candles and board games are located throughout the house.
Information and special rules on specific parts of the house are written below so you can easily understand where things are located and how to use them safely.
 The door under the stairs is locked and not available to guests.

The Stairs and Floors
 Please carry objects up and down the stairs. Do not drag large or heavy objects (e.g., luggage, ice chests). The stairs are quality red oak but we would hate to see them damaged!
 Please store ice chests on the deck to prevent water damage to the floor.

Kitchen
 Safety First! The fire extinguisher is located in the pantry to the left of the refrigerator.
 The coffee maker is a combo K-Cup and 12 cup coffee pot. Basic coffee and tea are available. If you prefer to grind fresh coffee, an electric grinder is located in the pantry to the left of the refrigerator. Coffee filters are in the drawer below the coffee maker. Please clean the coffee maker and remove the used coffee grounds with each use so that others may enjoy it in the future.
 We have a fully stocked kitchen for all of your culinary needs. There are minimal cooking supplies such as olive oil and spices in the kitchen pantry which you are free to use as you wish. Always check the expiration date before using. We do our best to remove expired items, but oversights may happen.
 The kitchen knives are extremely sharp. Please use with caution. We would appreciate it if the knives and cooking sheets were not placed in the dish washer as they tend to become misshapen and may rust.
 Please remove any perishable food from the refrigerator and the pantry before check-out.
 Kitchen cleaning products are under the sink. If any products run out during your stay, please let us know.
Bathrooms
 You are welcome to use the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-Tips, and cotton balls in both bathrooms.
 There is a hair dryer and curling iron located in the upstairs bathroom but please remember to put these away once cool and, as always, out of reach of small children.
 Please do not flush any sanitary products down the toilet. Trash bins are provided in each bathroom.
Outdoor Living Spaces
 To lock the door to the upper deck, first pull UP on the handle and turn the lock.
 The fire table and BBQ on the deck both require propane. Please be careful when lighting and never leave them unattended. We ask that you close the propane tank valve after each use to prevent leaking and wasting of propane. If the propane runs out you may exchange the tank at the nearby Miner's Ace Hardware store and we will reimburse you the cost to refill with proof of purchase. Additionally, please scrap the BBQ to remove food particles after use.
 If the amenities that you use are covered when you arrive (e.g., patio furniture, BBQ), please replace the cover prior to checking out. This helps prevent excessive sun damage.

Trash and Recycling
 We like to do our part for the environment and we ask that our guests do the same! Please dispose of garbage and recycling in the proper marked containers.
 We ask that you leave the garbage and recycling bins outside for collection on Monday evenings if you are staying that night. Trash pick-up is early on Tuesday mornings.

Children
We try to keep our home as child-friendly as possible. With that said, parents have the ultimate responsibility of ensuring their child’s safety at all times. If you find anything to be unsafe or that requires revision at our property, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can address the issue. To maintain our property kid-friendly:
 A baby gate is available for the top of the stairs and located in the master bedroom closet.
 Never leave children unsupervised at our property without an adult.
 Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood.

Safety and Security
While we have taken the necessary measures to make our home safe, you also have a role to play in ensuring the safety and security of your party. There are actions you can follow to keep the house secure during your stay.
 Any time guests leave the home unattended, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
 We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. In case you misplace something in the house, please let us know so we can look out for the item during cleaning.
