Fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath:

Upper Level: Living and dining, Upper deck and ocean views, Master bedroom w/ King Bed and twin pullout, sleeper in living room, and bathroom w/ dual access for guests

Lower Level: Queen w/ office, King with access to lower deck and firepit, shared bath at the end of the hallway

Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise monitor at property.

Parking for up to 4 cars is available in the garage and driveway. No street parking allowed.

We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.

Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords. Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically over which we have no control.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
