The iconic Sea Gull Motel was purchased and completely renovated by a local family in a stunning, 1930’s vintage mission/Santa Barbara style.  The motel consists of 3 separate units; the main home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and can accommodate 8 adults or 9 with children. 2 Units are one bedroom with either 1 or 2 baths and can accommodate 4 or 5 guests depending on the unit. For larger groups all three units can be rented to accommodate up to 18 with children. You’ll be delighted with the finish and attention put into this property.
