Inside, the bright living area creates a warm and welcoming space to relax after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals when you're not enjoying the area's popular local restaurants. The primary bedroom features its own private bathroom, while guests staying in the second bedroom—or using the two sofa sleepers—can conveniently access the full bathroom located in the hallway. Additional comforts include two sofa sleepers, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer, ensuring a relaxed and convenient stay for every guest.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
