Welcome to Tradewinds 1104, your ideal Gulf-front getaway in beautiful Orange Beach! This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers 941 sq. ft. of comfort, sleeping up to 6 guests and providing everything you need for a relaxing vacation—plus private beach access just steps away.

From your private balcony, take in breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf. It's the perfect spot to sip morning coffee or unwind with an evening glass of wine while listening to the waves. Inside, the bright and airy living area flows seamlessly into a fully stocked kitchen, thoughtfully equipped with all the cookware, dishes, and essentials needed to prepare meals at home when you're not trying out the fantastic local restaurants.

The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, while the guest bedroom offers direct access to a shared bathroom that also opens to the hallway, providing both convenience and privacy. A sofa sleeper, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer ensure every stay at Tradewinds 1104 feels comfortable and effortless.

As a guest at the Tradewinds complex, you'll enjoy fantastic amenities, including a swim-through indoor/outdoor pool, grilling area, and a private boardwalk with direct beach access.

- Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed + semi-private bathroom access

***ADDITIONAL DETAILS***

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Property was great with a great location. Check in process was smooth and communicated well. Can’t beat the view. Only negative thing was that the room was not the cleanest. Things left behind stuff under beds etc…Plenty of space and a huge balcony!

Overall amazing experience! Only downfall was the AC didn’t work for two days but when I addressed it with the owners they sent someone out within 30 minutes and the problem was fixed! Can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a very nice stay. Unit was very clean, property was well maintained. The view of the beach was amazing! If there was one con- very minor- it would be that they only provided 1 very thin and flimsy garbage bag. You are expected to take your garbage out which is no problem and standard, but the whole bag ripped and we had garbage everywhere with no way to clean it up - again a minor inconvenience over all but make sure you bring your own bags.
