We are available via messaging and phone and respond very promptly. If you need any special arrangements or just want to discuss nearby activities, we would be delighted to assist you! Our property caretaker is nearby and available for any last minute requests if needed.

Self-check-in is very easy and our guests love it. All exterior doors are equipped with smart locks, so you'll never need a key throughout your entire stay. The entry code for the driveway gate will be shared after booking.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of Fallbrook while remaining in close proximity to the beaches of San Diego, Legoland, Temecula Wine country, Casinos, Sea World and many more attractions. Fallbrook is a small town naturally lush with trees and was once the Avocado capital of the world. Downtown Fallbrook is eclectic with Art galleries, Restaurants and Vintage shops as well as thrift stores. There's an excellent hiking trail- Santa Margarita River trail only 2 mins away. The Emerald Bungalow is centrally located within Fallbrook.

The Emerald Bungalow is a beautiful hilltop home, conveniently close enough to town while maintaining its privacy from neighbors and the small town of Fallbrook. Most wedding venues within the Fallbrook and west Temecula area are within a 15 min drive or less.

San Diego, La Jolla, Old Town, Little Italy, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach are about an hour south of Fallbrook.

Los Angeles, Hollywood, Pasadena, Santa Monica, Venice and Downtown LA are about two hours north west of Fallbrook.

Included in your reservation is the separate Guest House. Our guests love the Guest House for its unique charm. There are plenty of storage cabinets, free laundry and free parking on the property for long-term stays.

Welcome EV drivers! Guests can now charge their EV vehicles with the new 240v wall charger near the garage. (NACS connector).

Welcome to the Emerald Bungalow! This exotic property is one of a kind and serves as a natural destination for many loyal guests, featuring beautiful stone pathways, accessible gardens, resting benches across over 3 acres. There are 4 bedrooms (3 in the main house and one guest house). There is also a very large pool, outdoor trails, gardens, a zen pond, a private office, and much more...

Details:

Master Bedroom: A plush king-size bed with quality bedding for deep sleep. Three closets for your belongings, and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. You can choose to bask in sunlight through the massive glass door, or block it out with curtains. Artisanal cabinets contain vintage memorabilia that complement the rest of the house. There is also a single fold-out bed and a portable crib in the main closet in case you need them.

Living room: Vast and open with high timber beams with a hexagonal shape is quintissential midcentry modern California architecture. Enough space for large families and groups to gather and have a great conversation. The entire living room is surrounded by mountain and natural views through very large glass doors.

Guest Bedroom: Two queen beds side by side with plush mattresses and bedding. You can sleep in complete silence with the windows closed, or open them to let the ocean breeze from the west.

Small Guest Bedroom: A bunk bed with a soft double bed at the bottom and a single bed at the top. Perfect for families with children. There is a desk for working with a laptop and also a glass door for quick access to the pool.

Guest Bathroom: Both guest bedrooms are close to the guest bathroom. We provide all basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. This bathroom has a dual-head shower and a window to let in the breeze.

Guest House: A replica of the main house with the same vaulted ceilings and built-in cabinets. A soft queen-size bed to press the snooze button on. Your own sink, countertop, refrigerator, and outdoor terrace make this space very special. Our guests love staying here! Note that the bathroom is detached and located outside of the main house.

Office: A truly unique and artisanal space! Perfect for remote work and Zoom meetings. There is a large built-in wooden desk and a leather chair for remote work. The office is attached to a stone paved patio for relaxation. The convertible sofa turns into a double bed if needed! Take a look at the fully handcrafted wall paneling- a work of art!

Pool: Dive into the immense 50,000-gallon pool! Take a moment to sit by the pool and admire the sunset to the west while the mountains surround you. Nearby is an outdoor bathroom that makes showering after the pool easy. Keep an eye out for the cork oak trees enveloping the pool with natural canopy.

Zen Pond: The soothing sounds of the waterfall will make you forget bustling cities. Breathe in the fresh air and soak it all in. Sea breezes caress you as you enjoy the pond. The pond is connected to the guest house.

The Gardens: There are several gardens and resting spaces connected by trails. Discover many rare and exotic ornamental trees, cacti, and fruit trees. In the gardens, you will find several meditation benches. Sit down and let your mind unwind. The gardens are unlike any other Airbnb and are a draw for our loyal guests.

For our young guests, a swing at the viewing hill for play and fun.

You won't find any other property like this; this property is a unique gem, hence the name "Emerald Bungalow."

**$100 pet fee that we apply for cleaning pet hair and allergens after your stay. **

**The pool is immaculately maintained and ready year-round. Pool heating is not included in the booking. Although heating is not needed during warmer months, It can be heated anytime and I can send the rates via message, please ask me about it. **

The Emerald Bungalow is very close to Downtown Fallbrook and Main Street. Less than 5 minutes away you'll find Grocery stores, shops and Restaurants. You can even walk if you'd like!

We're 10 minutes west of the I-15 freeway. Temecula Wine country with many vineyards is about 25 minutes away to the north. Beaches in Oceanside are about 30 minutes away to the west. Downtown San Diego, San Diego Zoo and Old Town are about 50 minutes away to the south.

A car is recommended for getting around Fallbrook and reaching San Diego and Los Angeles destinations.

We are two hours drive away from Los Angeles and about one hour away from Orange County. Our international guests can land at the following airports - LAX, SAN, SNA, ONT

Look out for the ocean breeze coming from the west every afternoon! Truly refreshing and soothing, take the time to sit and let it envelop you.

The swing set is designed for children's use only.

We believe in sustainable hosting - we provide clean, filtered water as well as ice dispensed by the refrigerator. Soap, conditioner, and shampoo dispensers eliminate the use of single-use plastics and encourage you to reuse towels to save energy. The property stays naturally cool with its high timber ceilings and surroundings of trees and foliage, reducing the need for air conditioning.
