This three-bedroom vacation home is situated next to the fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, this resort is a golfer's paradise. The vaulted ceiling in this condo also allow for natural sunlight to brighten up your Hawaiian retreat. Enjoy all the conveniences of home, right at your fingertips. You'll have your own private furnished lanai, perfect for relaxing and appreciating the beauty of the island. This villa especially is outfacing and offers stunning views of the lava rock fields right outside your door.

The master bedroom in this condo has a queen-sized bed and a private balcony for you to truly relish the serenity of Hawaii Island. The ensuite bathroom gives you the luxury of a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The first guest bedroom in this condo features a queen size bed while the second guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a wonderful view of the luscious Big Island right outside your room. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo. Sleeping for up to 8 occupants with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. All bedrooms are located on the upper floor. This villa comes with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, central air, cable television, and an in-room washer/dryer.

Whether it is golf, tennis or just lounging by the pool this resort has it all. There are two pools for you to choose from and a hot tub or an additional children's pool. The property also has BBQ grills, tennis courts, and a fitness center for your entertainment so everything you need is all in one place. You will also get priority tee times at the King's Course or Beach Course when you stay in this condo.

Shop or dine at the numerous shops and restaurants nearby or just stay in and enjoy all the conveniences of home with the kitchen's full-size appliances and amenities. The condo was in good location. Plenty of space for our group. Grounds are well kept. Host was very responsive to text. Situation at pool area was quickly resolved, very much appreciated. The condo is dated and very dingy, carpet absolutely gross(socks are a must). The beds are very firm spring mattresses(our group found the beds to be very uncomfortable). room with twin beds smelled of urine. Would not recommend to stay here unless desperate.
Socks we wore for 8 days…..

Quiet with plenty of amenities

The condo was clean and spacious and the common areas were beautifully kept with tennis courts, golfing and recreation rooms available. The pool was lovely and there was a beach, a grocery and a number of nice restaurants and retail shops all within a five minute drive. Parking was a bit tight, but otherwise we loved it.

Waikoloa colony villas

Our family had a very nice stay at this condo. The landscaping and pools were lovely. I think it would be a good idea to have enough dishwasher pods, washing machine soap and garbage bags in the unit for length of your stay. It can't cost that much for the management to provide that, but buying those on the island was expensive. Overall, though a great place to vacation.

Nice condo for 8 guests

We stayed with family and friends with a total of 8 people. Overall the stay was comfortable. The condo is old and was a little dirty when we arrived. There was a roach problem in the kitchen which wasn’t terrible as long as we kept our food in containers and ziploc bags. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and utensils. There were some supplies in the bathrooms to get started. The condo also supplied some beach toys which was appreciated. Parking for the second vehicle was a problem on some nights when the lots were full but not too terrible. There are two nice beaches close by within 5 minutes of driving. The local pool was nice but lots of rules about noise which may not be suitable if bringing little kids. The check-in and check-out process was easy and the property manger was very accommodating when we requested early check-in and late check-out. The local grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants are all within 5 minutes of the condo (driving). Overall it was a decent stay and we had a great time.

Only ok for family or group

Location was good. This unit was not spotless in terms of cleanliness, but not terrible. At the price per night, my expectations were higher. The kitchen is not well equipped (dull knives, not enough dishwasher detergent, only 2 kitchen towels provided, about 1 tsp of salt/pepper, and only 3 bowls!). Technically can sleep 8; felt full with 2 couples and 3 kids. Three bedrooms upstairs, 2 with queen beds, 1 w two twins. One rollaway cot with an awful mattress and a sofa bed which we did not use. Main bathtub drain very slow. There are only 6 dining chairs (yet sleeps 8?!) Zero beach equipment included with the property. Also wouldn't hurt to add some hooks or someplace to hang wet towels and such as there were none and the rules forbid hanging things outside. We loved the pools at Waikoloa Colony Villas, and the fact we were in Hawaii on a vacation!

Hawaii Vacation

This rental was clean, easy to access, everything in working order, we loved so many things about our stay in this condo but we have one suggestion; please provide more helpful items in the kitchen. This home had dishes, silverware, pots and pans but not much else in the way of regularly used items. We assume most folks renting this condo are flying in and unable to bring basic items one might use in the kitchen. Such as spices, even just salt and pepper would have been helpful. Dish towels cloths and hand soap would have been nice. Vacation time is precious and the inconvenience of purchasing regularly used items that will be thrown out in a few days, not to mention the extra cost incurred to purchase items made this group frustrated. In addition, it's worth mentioning that the cost of renting this condo is fairly high compared to other locations we've rented that offer more kitchen items. Step up your game on providing the basics and this would be a 5+ star place to stay.

Great location but place could use some TLC

While we had a wonderful trip and would stay in this unit again, there are some things you should know before booking this unit. The location is amazing, but this unit needs some TLC. The beds are very hard. While our bed had a mattress topper, we actually had to go out and buy one for our daughter’s bed as she couldn’t sleep on it. And our son’s girlfriend had to sleep on couch cushions on the floor rather than on the bed. There are few amenities in the unit. While they did provide great beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, coolers and even a beach wagon, there was only laundry soap for one load, 3 garbage bags, no condiments, cooking oils, spices of any kind, no foil or baggies, one sample size shampoo, conditioner and soap for each bathroom, one sponge and a small bottle of dish soap. As we were there for two weeks, we had to go out and buy everything, and for the price we paid, those should have been included. The carpet needs cleaning, as do the couch and chair cushions. We also experienced cockroaches. We ended up leaving the trash outside whenever we left for the day, but we still found them in the kitchen and in the master bathroom. We should have contacted the management company and we didn’t, and that’s on us. A little cleaning and more amenities would provide a nicer stay for guests.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a large group and had to get 2 condos, so I will write this review comparing the condos. They cost the same per night. The other was “luxury.” This one was basic, construction grade, and dated. The carpet was crunchy and needed a thorough cleaning, the doors had smudges all over them, and the baseboards were coated in dust. Maui Condo was great to communicate with. They got a cleaner in right away, but unfortunately the carpet couldn’t be cleaned then. The main positives were that it was in a great location for us and Maui Condo was so responsive. Ultimately, for what we paid for both condos, we wouldn’t stay in this one again.
