PLEASE SEE OUR OTHER UNIT ALSO # 2674837...This unit is a Single level, end Unit Townhouse with attached carport. Completely remodeled kitchen: new appliances, kitchen cabinets, and granite countertops. All new windows and sliding glass doors. The bathroom has also been remodeled. Bedroom is very spacious and includes a queen-sized bed, seating and large closet. Many pieces of antique-style furniture and accessories throughout this townhouse. Dinette Kitchen set and dining area table for two is cozy and inviting. But room to invite guests over for dinner, cards, or a drink. New HVAC system as of May 2023.>Provided are complimentary coffee, tea, and water. And to make cooking tastier many spices and standard cooking supplies are provided. Cupboards are also full of glassware, plates, and serving dishes. There are extra sheets and towels as well. This is a 2 person unit Max. Falsifying the number of people in your 'stay' may cancel your reservation. PLEASE SEE OUR OTHER UNIT IN SUN CITY # 2674837

This is a 55 plus community.


For an additional $75.00 per person for 30 days access, a variety of activities and clubs become available to participate in at the many Sun City Recreation Centers. Brochures in the unit provide answers to many frequently asked questions about this option. You may also contact Lake View Center for more info at 623- 876-3000 prior to your visit.

I have now been in the vacation rental business for a number of years. Respectfully-please do not rent this unit then plan on others joining you. This is perfect for 2 people. It accommodates 2 very nicely. It has loveseats and not couches-there are no other sleeping accommodations. Relationships (any) are not exemptions to this rule. Brothers in law-sisters-or the neighbor's mortician visiting from back home- do not count as guest invitees to stay at this unit.
All I can provide beyond the unit itself it my attempt to provide the best service I can.
I welcome you and your spouse/partner-but please-2 people in the unit max. Thank you!!

Great location - Great bang for the buck!

My wife and I stayed here in Sun City and really enjoyed the unit.. Bed was comfortable, many rooms recently updated, cute décor and easy parking .. Will stay here again when we return.

Great place

Enjoyed our stay. No dishwasher, so we ate out mostly which was fine with the wife. There was one problem with shower head and owner took care of it promptly. Would stay here again.

Nicely decorated, clean and convenient location for Sun City. I found property was exactly as described in the VRBO. Close to grocery store, a bakery, gas stations, car rental. I felt very comfortable there by myself.

Lovely gem!

Enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and clean condo. Appreciated the little extras, coffee, bottled water, spices, and condiments. Quiet neighborhood and patio is a plus. Would definitely stay again. Dennis and Judy were wonderful hosts.

With all the comforts of home. All the provisions we needed for meal preparations, relaxing in a peaceful and comfortable environment. Centrally located for our visits with family and personal shopping. Seattle Mariners as well.

Great Base for a Stay in Phoenix!

This home is very easy to find and conveniently located. It's close to a grocery store, gas stations, and eateries. Check-in and check-out were easy. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the availability of bottled water, kitchen supplies, and laundry machines.

Great Stay

My husband and I stayed in this attached house for four nights to check out the Sun City neighborhood and see family in the area. The place was just as described. The location was very convenient to major highways and there was a grocery store in walking distance. The house had wonderful little touches like keurig coffee pods and soap, shampoo and laundry detergent available. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Ideal Location

The property was just as advertised. Plenty of space for our two-month stay. The Sun City location was within walking distance of the grocery store and only minutes from a freeway entrance to go wherever we needed in the city. Ballparks, Westgate entertainment center, hiking, etc. One of the local rec centers in only 4 minutes away. We enjoyed using the pool, mini golf, and walking paths. Close to many churches of every denomination. Property was well equipped. Host was responsive.

Amazing!

Beautiful property, and well taken care of! I enjoyed the privacy of the back patio. I am from New Jersey, and loved staying in this beautiful Sun City home while visiting with my sons (the older one is stationed at Luke AFB). Truly a blessed time making beautiful memories!

Great for Price

Great place for the price. Comfy, restful sleep. We stayed two months and enjoyed the benefits of Sun City recreation centers membership including golfing and a great nearby Oakmont workout room (get the "token" with your card). I joined the Oakmont Fiber Arts group and learned coiling and spinning. Very responsive hosts.

A nicely stocked Garden Home

Upon arrival I was surprised how everything I needed was already supplied. It is in a centrally located area where I was able to get to everywhere I wanted to go quickly. It took me only 25 minutes to get to the Arizona's Cardinal Stadium. A large variety of golf courses are located close by. The private courtyard is nice bonus. Everything inside worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable. The owner were very easy to reach for questions. I will definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Place

The little one bedroom-one bath apartment is such a clean, nice place to stay. They have it decorated so cute and it made our stay very cozy and enjoyable. The hosts also provided free coffee, creamer, water, etc.... Everything is set up as if you are at home. The only suggestion I would make is to invest in a more comfortable bed. We both considered sleeping on the couch or floor as to avoid the bed. We ended up sleeping on pillows so our bodies wouldn't hurt so badly.

Nice antique decor

We really appreciated the fun antiques throughout the little home. We thought the place was very clean and well-appointed. We were a bit taken aback by the neighborhood. We obviously didn't read the description well. I think we expected a single home rather than an apartment feel. 3 suggestions: Install a dishwasher (they're not very expensive), consider a king size bed instead of queen, and blue toilet cleaners are very hard on toilet hardware (my husband is good at plumbing).

Cute Condo with Route 66 vibe - Plan your next stay here.

This adorable condo is exactly as described. The owners have all setup, so it feels spacious. So clean, cute and clever decor, it felt warm and inviting. The kcups, coffee, etc. and all other little extras were very welcomed. Wi-Fi connection was fast and owners provide all the channels and apps. A comfortable bed, always hot water available and quiet. Early morning train (which I personally love that sound) and trash pickup were not a problem for me. And, most seniors, if we are all honest, wake up early anyway. Plus, I like to catch the Arizona sunrise and patio was perfect for this. It is convenient to my family, and I will be reserving again. Thank you for providing such a great place at a reasonable price.
