Amazing Lewes Location - Walk to Beach by Day, Town by Night! Full-size arcade!

Recent construction, appointed with new furnishings! LOCATION is what makes this house your perfect Lewes Beach retreat! Ideally situated to be able to walk to the beach during the day and walk to the town in the evening. You can wake up in the morning and end your day sitting on one of 4 decks that offer sunrise views over the bay and sunset views over the canal and Lewes town. All bedrooms (except kids bunk room for safety) have a large sliding door with access to a deck. When it is time to hit the beach, it is an easy 6-minute walk (door to water = 0.37 miles) down quiet Market street. Ample beach supplies with a trolly to easily make the walk are provided. After a relaxing day on the beach the options are endless: grill dinner on the deck, cook in the fully appointed kitchen, or walk out your front door and turn right where you can enjoy dinner and drinks at Irish Eyes or left where you can do the same at Fisherman's Wharf. It is less than ¼ mile to Lewes town where there are unlimited restaurants. Your kids will love it here - look at the kid’s room with double bunk beds and the trundle room with a FULL SIZE arcade game including PacMan, Ms PacMan, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders and many more classic games for both kids and adults. There is also a Nintendo Cube with Mario, Sonic, and others. 2-King bedroom suites with private bathroom - 1 upstairs and a second downstairs. Another Queen bedroom with private bathroom and deck, and a trundle bedroom with desk and TV can meet any need from sleep, work, or an extra room to get away and watch a movie. If you don't want to go out, we have a 65" HD TV in the living room with full streaming options plus YouTube TV offering full cable viewing options and a DVD. Four additional 50" HD Roku TV’s with WiFi allow you to connect to any of your streaming services. Easy Roku connection to Netflix, Amazon, Disney or any subscription you have.

Please note: Daily rates do not include sheets and towels. All 12 sleep areas have a mattress with a mattress cover. Pillows with cover and blankets are provided. Guests have the option to either bring own linens, or I will also provide great rental option that provides affordable drop-off & pick-up. Great house to spend quality time with family

Great overall stay at this modern, clean, roomy comfortable space!! Host was easy to reach but actually we did not have one issue? He welcomed us when we arrived and we did have to contact him when we missed trash day. The trash can was full from previous tenants and that same day Mike brought us another trash can for our stay!!! Fun time here made great memories!

Lewes holiday get away

The house was lovely and well maintained. There was ample storage space for the food and things we brought. Everything was in working order. The nicest rental we’ve stayed in! We had a memorable long weekend!

Beautiful, Relaxing Lewes Rental

One if the most comfortable rentals we've stayed at inLewes. Ours is a yearly family reunion and this house has to be the best! Even though it was chilly outside we did enjiy having four porches to relax on and spread out. Being so close to the town of Lewes and a short walk to the beach are pluses! We would rent here again!

The Perfect House!

Our 3 generation extended family (6 adults & 4 kids) had a wonderful time at this home in Lewes! It was bright, large, clean, newly updated, and had everything we needed. The house is in a great location and is an easy walk to downtown and to the beach. All house instructions were clear and the entire rental process was simple. I give this property my highest recommendation and would definitely stay here again.

Great Rental - Great Location

Beautiful spacious modern home

Loved all aspects of this home; clean and well stocked with nearly everything we needed; big spacious rooms and decks with smartly laid out furniture, lots of bathrooms, modern kitchen, comfortable beds, easy walk into town and beach, close to bike trail leading to Cape Henlopen. Great communication with owner. Second time in his homes. Loved this home and hope to be back.

Impeccable, updated home close to beach and down town!

This house is the perfect size for either a family or a group of close friends!! It was spotless and very newly updated. The rooms are the perfect size - large and airy. Everything was as promised in the listing. It is perfectly equidistant between the beach and the downtown area. We made use of all the beach equipment. You might want to bring extra trash bags and pack your shampoo and conditioner. Michael is a super communicative host and helped me with a billing issue and answered a ton of questions. I would 100% stay at this property again and strongly recommend it to others!

Great weekend stay

We had a girls weekend and the house was great for accommodating our group of 10! Great communication leading up to our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this house to others looking for a place for a large group!

Relaxing stay

The house was very well maintained and was in the perfect location. It was very quiet and was in walking distance to local restaurants and shops. There was plenty of room for the multiple families we were with and everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. Beautifully furnished and is equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. I had questions and they were answered very quickly. We had a great time!

Great multi-family get away

We were nervous about staying together in the same house with all of our children for the first time, but the house was perfect for our group- six adults and six children (8 years and younger). Plenty of space to spread out and entertain the kids when we weren't running around. We especially appreciated the use of beach equipment, with enough chairs, umbrellas, wagons and toys that we could have left a lot of our own stuff at home and been completely fine. Also loved that it was an easy walk to either the canal side of town or the beach. Michael was very easy to communicate with and provided all the info we needed up front. We'll be back!

Fantastic home in Lewes with perfect location

We stayed in Michael’s place from 9/9-15 with 5 adults and 1 infant. The place was beautiful and clean with more than enough room and TVs to keep everyone happy. The location couldn’t have been more perfect with the beach nearby and many restaurants within walking distance. Our host Michael was great at answering questions and keeping in touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful beach vacation

This was our first trip to Lewes and won’t be our last. The house was exactly as advertised and we enjoyed every minute there. It was right in the middle, an easy walk to the beach and an easy walk into town. We were welcomed with some local IPA and a note from Mike and a binder full of all the information you needed for the week. We loved the front porch and screened in back deck as you always had somewhere to sit outside and out of the sun. The ceiling fans outside are a great addition! The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. We also enjoyed several nights out to dinner in town. The beds were so comfortable and there were ample blankets and pillows. Everyone had their own space and the office was perfect for one person in our group that had to work all week. It was also so nice to have the washer and dryer. The layout of the house was perfect and loved the games. The bikes, beach umbrellas and other beach gear were much appreciated and loved the outdoor shower to wash all the sand off before going inside. Mike was extremely responsive and proactively communicated everything we needed to know. A few very minor suggestions- put the size of the pillows in your online description so you bring the right size and amount of pillow cases and lamps in the family room would be great or a dimmer added to adjust the ceiling lights as they are very bright. All in all a wonderful vacation at a beautiful home! Thanks for a great stay!

Another great stay!

This is our second stay at this exact same house, and once again, it was absolutely ideal. Our group of seven adults and four kids, ranging in age from 79 to three year olds twins, fit extremely comfortably in this terrific house. It was truly fully equipped, the beds were really comfortable, the location was excellent, and the grill was made good use of as were the beach chairs and umbrellas. Overall an A+ facility and vacation. We hope to do this again soon. Thanks, Mike!

Amazing Lewes Property!!

We had a wonderful time at this incredible Lewes home which was ideally situated within walking distance of both the bay beach and the downtown area! The house was immaculate, well stocked and had everything we needed to keep multiple family members from age 1-81 happy! Communication with Mike, the owner, was seamless and excellent. This was truly a 5 star plus stay!!

Another great stay

We are return guests and again we enjoyed our stay on Market Street. The location is great, convenient to beach and to town. The house is perfect for our combination of assorted family members and small children. The house is comfortable and well appointed. We appreciate the extras like the grill, beach chairs and wagon. Host Micheal is a pleasure to deal with, responsive and courteous.

Beautiful vacation home

We loved this beautiful house. The location was great for walking to town or the beach. It was stocked with everything we needed. Our grandchildren became fans of Mario Cart in the den during one of our rainy days. The owner was the most thoughtful host we have encountered. We highly recommend this home for a perfect stay in Lewes.
