Welcome to your 700 sq. ft. home away from home at the Honua Kai resort! This fifth-floor, one-bedroom condo is designed for comfort and luxury, comfortably accommodating up to four guests.

Great stay with all the amenities of pool/beach and washer/dryer, kitchen.

Perfect size for a couple or small family. I love having the amenities of the kitchen, washer and dryer, but still feeling like a resort with pool and poolside service. The beach is also a short walk away.

Perfect stay in Maui…

Our family of three just returned from an eight night stay at this lovely condo at Honua Kai. It was perfectly stocked with everything required for a great beach vacation including chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. Communication with the owner was outstanding, all questions were responded to exceptionally fast. The unit was very clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location, great condo, great resort!

We had an excellent time on Maui staying at Honua Kai. Many thanks to Louis for providing valuable suggestions for things to do and see, and for keeping in touch with us. This is a beautiful condo - the balcony is great, all of the beach stuff was so nice to have, the bed was comfortable, and the underground parking was a nice luxury. Such a great vacation - wish we could have been there longer!

Beautiful resort and accommodating host in Maui!

The host of this rental, Louis, was extremely kind and accommodating. The resort was beautiful with numerous pools, hot tubs and a water slide for the kids. The snorkeling directly off the beach was quite good and many whales were spotted throughout the week while we were on the beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and is sure to meet all your needs!

Fantastic Stay

We had a great time at Honua Kai, Louis was really easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The unit is fabulous and had boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, beach toys etc... The unit had had everything we needed and more! Great location we had whales breaching out front every day!

We loved the pool and Dukes on the property. The condo provided items for the beach which was fantastic. Loved the chocolates that were left as a welcome treat. The bed was very comfortable. We did feel that the shower could use some deep cleaning. Overall, nice stay!!

Amazing Maui Stay!!

This place was incredible. The condo is well stocked and very clean. We went with our toddler that is less than 2 years old, and there was a pack and play and booster seat. The beach chairs were a huge plus as well! Louis is very responsive and helpful. The location is great and the Honua Kai itself is a great property with pools and beach. Would highly recommend for anyone coming to Maui!

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY

Our stay at Louis's condo was perfect! This was by far the cleanest & most organized condo we've ever rented from any rental website. Everything was well stocked. Amazing ocean and mountain views with the whales performing an amazing show from the beach right outside the condo. Very much looking forward to our next visit!

Whales galore!

What a great unit and so accommodating. Clean and had all the supplies we needed as a family with two younger kids (5 and 7). Louis was so responsive and excellent at letting us know exactly what to do upon arrival. The resort is amazing as always. The pools, water slide and close proximity to everything you'd want. Loved our stay!

Perfect!

Louis’ property was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The location was excellent - the resort was lovely! The condo was well-stocked with anything we could’ve needed during our stay. Louis was responsive almost immediately to any questions we had before or during our trip. We had an amazing vacation and will definitely book with Louis again when we return to Maui!

What’s not to love?

Lovely condo that seems like a luxury hotel. Louis did everything in his power to insure that our stay was the best it could possibly be. There is a restaurant “Duke” on the premises that was very good with a happy hour and live music every evening. Condo is in the sunny part of Island we would absolutely stay there again.

Loved our stay!

Would highly recommend staying here and we would love to come back! The condo was perfect! Loved having the view of both the mountains and the ocean as most days we saw the sunrise or a rainbow over the mountain! The patio was our favorite and furniture was very comfortable. Our kids slept on the pull out couch and it worked out well. Perfect space for a family of 4. Loved the beach toys and amenities. Property has a great pool, waterslide, Duke’s restaurant which was our favorite of the trip, and a beautiful beach. Highly recommend!

Fabulous!

My husband and I spent 12 days at Louis' condo and could not have been happier! The unit was very clean, well stocked and had everything we could have possibly needed. Louis was a pleasure to deal with on every level. I would highly recommend this property. We will be returning to Maui and look forward to renting from Louis again.

Lovely Property Lovely View

This unit is particularly special because of the view of the ocean and the mountain. Both were truly stunning, I often found myself unsure of which way to face while out on the lanai. Watching the sun rise above the mountains while laying in bed is in incredible perk of this unit. Honua Kai is a lovely property with dreamy pools and a beautiful beach. Great communication throughout!

Honua Kai condo in Maui

Perfect vacation. The condo was beautiful and thoughtfully stock with everything we needed to enjoy our Maui vacation. The hosts were gracious and checked in to make sure we could access the room and offered tips on Maui. We had a problem with the A/C- user error- and the host graciously walked us through steps to correct the program. Would select this property again if we were fortunate enough to be able to return to Maui. Mahalo

Great location, excellent communication

We had a great experience at Honua Kai and the kids will remember it forever. First, Louis is a top-notch host. From the outset of the booking to pre-arrival to being onsite, it was like having a concierge the entire way through. That in and of itself was worth a lot. The condo is very nice and has everything that you need and most of what you'd want (beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers...you name it). Location is also outstanding. Excellent experience and would definitely recommend Louis and this property!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay in Maui and absolutely loved the condo. It was perfectly clean and exactly as described online. Parking was included and super easy. We never had a problem finding a parking spot. The grounds were amazing and well cared for and the beach was right there! Having Duke's on the grounds was very convenient and we had multiple meals there.The condo was very comfortable. The bedroom was a good size, the mattress was comfortable, and you could access the large bathroom from the bedroom and the main room. We spent quite a bit of time hanging out on the large balcony that had comfortable seating and a large table. I loved looking out at the water, and my husband loved looking out at the mountains. Overall, we had a fabulous visit.We look forward to a return visit.

A perfect stay by the beach

My wife and I could not have been happier with our stay at Honua Kai with Louis as our host. The unit was exactly as described with many premium touches and fully stocked with everything we needed throughout our stay. The unit is in a building adjacent to the pools and the beach. The in-building parking garage was similarly convenient, and we never had a problem finding a space. Check-in was as simple as showing our IDs to the valet and check-out involved just leaving our keys and parking pass in the unit. Louis was wonderful at communications, telling us everything we needed to know well in advance, connecting with us periodically during our 17-day stay, and giving us lots of helpful tips to make our time in Maui more enjoyable.

Slice of heaven

I had been wanting to stay at Honua Kai since 2015 but things never lined up correctly. This year we found this listing and were blown away. Louis was an amazing host. He explained the check in process in detail, and made all arrangements with the hotel staff. We pulled up to the valet and were surprised to learn that they were expecting us. They brought up our luggage and groceries. The unit was luxurious, and most importantly clean. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning. The pools were great, my four year old had a blast in the slide. The view from the beach was truly awesome. Lanai to the left and Molokai to the right. Thank you Louis for an unforgettable stay!

Hi, thank you for taking the time to read our webpage. My wife and I, along with our four kids, live in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. I work at a hospital near us, and my wife, Kristine, takes care of the household. Kristine is Hawaiian, and when we go back to visit family, we usually stay at a hotel. We normally visit Maui twice a year, and since we have outgrown hotel rooms, it just made sense to buy a condo with great amenities so that we feel like we ARE on vacation. We take a lot of pride in keeping our Honua Kai condo perfect and our guests happy. Our condo is filled with amenities to make sure that you are comfortable, and will happily do everything we can to accomodate your needs.

Honua Kai is a luxurious, family-friendly resort on North Kaanapali Beach. This area is quiet, has great views of Lanai and Molokai, and you can snorkel right on our beach. Relax poolside and take in the sunset, its very peaceful. From November to April, you can catch whales playing in the Ocean.

With nice furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen, and Roku TVs, there is no reason to leave the condo. There are so many amenities at Honua Kai, including Concierge Service, an Activities Desk next to the Pool, Ten BBQ grills for you to use, and a large fitness room in the Konea Building.
