Hereā€™s a premium townhome in a quiet (yet close to everything) setting. You and your group will love it! Itā€™s about a 3-minute walk to the ā€œSkyway Skiwayā€ ski run. From there, you can ski down to the BreckConnect Gondola for easy access to Peak 7 and Peak 8. Of course, you can ski back down the Skiway and walk to the house for lunch or aprĆØs ski relaxing!

This nicely maintained 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom premium townhome has plenty of room for up to 11 people. Youā€™ll love the mountain views, too! The spacious living area feature big windows overlooking the town and surrounding mountains, as well as a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV.

The kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and comes stocked with everything needed to whip up meals and snacks. Thereā€™s a dining table that seats six and just outside on the deck thereā€™s a gas grill and your own private hot tub!

Thereā€™s a one-car garage (plus parking for another car in the driveway) and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. Other amenities include Wi-Fi throughout the home and basic toiletries. Summit Mountain Rentals provides all linens and each of our homes is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24/7 to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible.

- Master suite: king log bed, private bathroom with walk-in tile shower, flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, mountain views. (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: queen bed, private balcony, gondola views. (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 3 (bunk room): four twin beds. (sleeps 4)
- Bathroom: tub/shower.

Lower Level:
- Bedroom 4 (bunk suite): twin-over-king bunk bed, private bathroom with walk-in tile shower and separate bathtub + direct access to balcony and hot tub. (sleeps 3)

Special Unit Notes ā€“ Please Read:
- No Pets/Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the gondola, which made getting to the slopes very convenient. The layout worked perfectly for two couples with children, offering enough space and comfort for everyone to relax after a long day out.Our only minor concern was the internet, which was a bit slow at times. Other than that, everything was great and we would happily stay here again.

This home is so great! The location is perfect for those wanting to ski and shop. Customer service is responsive within minutes. We accidentally left items in a drawer and were notified the next day and already have them mailed back to us.

Great Girls Trip!

We visited Breckenridge for the first time to celebrate a birthday. The house is exactly as pictured, comfortable, and well stocked. The hot tub was perfect! EXCELLENT location. Super close to the gondola lift, grocery store, and other places to get supplies. The manager was very responsive and took good care of us. We'll stay again!

Great Place!

We had 8 adults staying here for a ski trip. The proximity to the ski run to get to Gondola 1 was great-just walk to the end of the street and ski down. The place itself was well equipped and very clean. Having 3 bathrooms was very helpful but the common area was a little tight for 8 people but worked out fine. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely consider staying here again.

The Woods Were Wonderful!

The woods complex was a great stay. It's close to the shops, the 4 o'clock ski run, and the gondola. The place was the right amount of space for the seven of us. Some of the HOA rules were a lil over the top - no outside lights after 10pm and no smoking of any kind (even outside) - but otherwise it was really awesome! I would come back but leave the cigars at home next time.

The airline debacle at Christmas time.

We got caught up in the airline cancellations and had to drive ,making us one day late for our reservation. I was aware of the policies but had hoped to receive a bit of a rebate. The ski rental shop, the transportation van from Denver, and the airlines all gave us some money for the unused day. Two of our group never got to Colorado because of the airlines. It was out of our control that we missed a day. Our experience was excellent when we arrived.

Perfect house for a medium group looking to relax with easy access to the Main Street

We had a group of 9 with plenty of room to sleep and relax with everyone. The walk to restaurants and shops was easy and convenient. We visited in late summer so no skiing but hiking and nature walks were close by as well.
