Welcome to the Dalton House

We have a beautiful, 5 bedroom home available in the Coeur d’Alene suburb of Dalton Gardens. Dalton is conveniently located 4 miles from downtown Coeur d’Alene, Lake Coeur d’Alene, and Hayden Lake.
Our 3200 sq. ft. house sleeps 10 comfortably. With 5 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, a large modern kitchen, dining area, 2 family rooms (upstairs and downstairs), and laundry room. The covered patio with gas grill and firepit, looks out on the large fenced back yard. There is a 2-car garage and room for parking in the circular driveway. Located minutes away from award-winning restaurants, pubs, shopping, parks, hiking, lakes, and other activities. Dalton is the perfect location for families and groups..

• Coeur d’Alene Lake – beaches, watersports, boat rentals, lake cruises - 4 miles

Well stocked large home

We enjoyed our stay. There is a large backyard to relax and bbq. We appreciated that it was within walking distance to the fair grounds.

The Dalton house was awesome! Very clean and comfortable. We were in town for a family reunion out at Hayden Lake…the house was perfect for us! We were able to go to the lake then come back, relax, and enjoy our intermediate family. We enjoyed pizza and beverages at the local brewery, morning coffee on the back patio with regular visits from deer, bbq’d some delicious ribs…we had an amazing weekend!

This house was perfect for us! We had a 4 year old with us and he spent so much time out in the big backyard playing. We even picked some raspberries. It was clean and comfortable. Seeing deer in the yard was a bonus.

Perfect Business Trip

The owner was amazing to work with. The property was spacious and clean. It was very close to our event and provided us with a wonderful space to relax at after a hard day's work. We highly recommend this place and hope to stay again!

Peaceful and Relaxing

We came to Coeur d’Alene for my niece’s wedding. Our stay here was so comfortable like being at your mom‘s house. Everything was very well organized, super clean, and had that nice hometown comfortable feeling. The host was very gracious. Made it very easy to check in and check out and made himself available if we had any questions.I highly recommend this extremely comfortable and roomy home.

It was great!

The place was perfect for our family to stay during the weekend of my cousin's wedding. We had 8 adults with five bedrooms and lots of space. The outdoor area was perfect for morning coffee and an evening drink. It was close to everything in town so easy to get around. I would definitely recommend the place.

Great stay

Everything was great. Very clean and a huge backyard. Everything you need to stay. Felt like home. The description of the layout of the bedrooms was a little confusing but there was plenty of room to sleep our family of 10

Home Away from Home

Our big family vacation takes us here each year. This house is the perfect location to downtown, Silverwood and Sandpoint. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Thanks again for accommodating us all! Can’t wait to be back next year!

Our favorite house

This was the second year of us renting this property. Huge backyard, large kitchen, big enough for everyone if they want to be together or have privacy. Can’t wait to stay here again next year when we come back.

Perfect for extended family vacation!

I was vacationing in Coeur D’Alene with my younger four children and my oldest daughter’s family. Since her children were younger and had earlier bedtimes, her family could have their own space downstairs. Wonderful yard for the children to play and the adults to relax.

Wonderful home!

This home was perfect for our family group vacation! We had six adults and three children. There was plenty of room for all of us and room to roam. It was exceptionally well-appointed! The property manager was very responsive. It is a great location for accessing Farragut, Silverwood, and Lake Couer D' Alene.

Family Friendly

This was a great family friendly place to stay. The house was very clean upon arrival and they had everything you need for a convenient stay, which included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, spices and completely stocked kitchen. The location was perfectly located, easy 20 min drive to silver wood and 8 mins to Hayden Lake which made it perfect for our stay. And our young kids absolutely loved playing in the big fenced back yard. The adults enjoyed the patio and firepit just as much!

Spacious home for a group get together.

The Dalton house was a wonderful place to retreat to after our days spent at Silverwood. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals, and the gas bbq was fantastic to have for our bbq night. The patio fireplace was a joy to sit at and enjoy the evening. We saw deer wander through the yard and enjoyed the tranquility and the peacefulness of the property. Property hosts were easy to contact, friendly and a huge help when we left something behind at the house. 10/10 would stay again.

Excellent stay

House was just outside Coeur d’Alene but still very convenient to the lake. Located near several grocery stores. The back yard was HUGE. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, utensils. Internet was fast and beds and furnishings were comfortable. Minor complaint was the need to stagger showers as hot water ran out fast and the living room could use another couch or chair. Overall excellent stay!

Sons wedding

I was looking for a nice and comfortable place to stay for my family. I cannot say enough about this home. It was very clean and beds are great. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood. Shopping, restaurants and downtown were very close. My whole family commented on much they enjoyed their stay. The host was very nice and helpful. When we come back to visit, I will certainly look at this home to rent again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Family Visit/Memorial Service

Great house - the space was perfect for our group of 7 (5 adults, 2 kids). Had everything we needed on hand, and the location for us was perfect. It rained most of our visit but the first night was gorgeous and we got to enjoy the back patio and backyard area. Highly recommend for those warmer months as it was a great space and would have liked to enjoy it more. Beds were very comfortable and house was clean. Check In process was simple, property manager was prompt in response to messages prior to the stay. He checked in real quick mid-stay via a message, which was appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful place to stay

Clean, classy, and comfortable with lots of space, including two spacious living/family rooms. Large family with range of ages and had plenty of room for everyone. Appreciated the personal touches of old family photos and heirlooms. Loved playing cribbage in the cozy living room and having a huge, nice backyard for the kids to play. Very well stocked kitchen which was great to cook in, and generous dining space right off the kitchen which allowed for visiting while preparing and eating meals together. Great location within very close proximity to conveniences but still felt private and rural. Beds were comfortable overall - one was more firm for those who prefer a firmer mattress. We were very grateful to stay at this wonderful home and would highly recommend it to others.
