This rental is a 3200 sq ft 3 Bedroom (2 Kings & 2 Doubles), Living Room (2 sofa beds), Gourmet Kitchen,3 Dining Areas, 3 Baths (2 with jacuzzi tub), large Terrace with outdoor Furniture & your own Personal Heated Plunge Pool, & a private Massage Room in the Grand Luxxe Spa Suite at Riveria Maya. There are Flat Screen tv’s in every room (4 total) & you may request your own Blu-Ray DVD player at no extra charge, a safe in all bedrooms, free wi-fi service (with our membership), Maid service is twice a day, with a complimentary turn down service along with sweet chocolates for a great night sleep! Complimentary coffee/tea each morning along with concierge service, and 24-hour room service.

With our membership, you will receive free transportation from the airport in Cancun. If you are renting a vehicle and driving, parking is available for a small fee. Upon arrival you will be greeted by an employee who will store your luggage in a locked cart and deliver it to your room free of charge. You will be taken via shuttle to the Grand Luxxe Spa Tower where you will check in to complete paperwork, give your credit card imprint for charges you make during your stay (no cash is needed to pay for anything on the resort), & receive your wristband with coded door key on it. You will be responsible for room taxes & fees upon your departure & return airport transportation. Check in is at 5 pm & Check out is at 10 am.

There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen that includes an espresso maker and there are three dining areas, two indoors and one on the large wrap around terrace. If you choose not to cook, you may arrange to have dinner prepared by a private chef in your villa or catered. There is, of course, room service and several on site and nearby restaurants offering everything from fine dining to eating on the beach. Jade Boutique is on site with all the extras you may need, including a small grocery store setting to stock your refrigerator. If you choose, there is a shuttle bus that will take you right to Walmart where you can stock up on supplies if so desired or if you want to cook in your villa.

There is something for everyone: amazing beaches, extensive pools, fitness center, world-class golf, tennis, a water park in the Riviera Maya, live entertainment, shopping and resort activities. The Riviera Maya destination just added a brand new beach area (200 tons fresh white sand and reef added, rocks removed) for a private beach exclusive to Grand Luxxe members, and is home to Mexico's first and only Cirque du Soleil Theater. If you choose to lounge by the pool, you can order drinks and food right to your private palapa that you will surely fall asleep inside with the tranquility and comfort it provides (a free service for Grand Luxxe stays).

With our membership, you can play golf at the Jack Nicklaus golf course. The course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, is only $44/person (greens fee, cart, & driving range; taxes extra). It is 2,923 yards, 18 Hole, Par 54. It has Tifdwarf grass on the Greens and Bermuda 419 grass on the Fairways. There are 28 Bunkers and 2 Lakes. Don’t forget your caddy tip! And if you don’t want to play all 18 Holes, there is a Short Game area, a Practice Range, and of course a Putting Green. A Pro Shop is on site along with shoes and club rentals, Bag storage, and the Green Break Restaurant & Bar.

Spatium has a full range of spa services available onsite with two for one massage rates with this rental. And of course, call to reserve your own masseuse in your spa room. Feel free to use the sauna, hot tubs, and steam rooms in Spatium. You can also use the Brio spa but Spatium is exclusively for Grand Luxxe Members only.

There are 2 gyms available – Spatium offers a fully equipped fitness center containing free weights, stationary bicycles, elliptical and spinning machines, or you may choose a group class. The Brio Fitness Center has the same options, but again you may use Spatium with our membership.
Alternatively, reservations can be made at any sister resort for 1 or 2 bedroom units: Grand Mayan, The Bliss, Mayan Palace, or Sea Garden for a lesser price. Note, however, that some of the special things at this resort are reserved for just Grand Luxxe reservations. Contact me to find out the pricing on these other units and any questions you may have. We also offer the 1 or 2 bedroom units (Luxxe Master Suite) at the pinnacle of the resort group- The Grand Luxxe. The Grand Luxxe reservations include 2 for 1 massages for all guests with free daily spa usage, free gym and tennis access, and 24 hour concierge and butler service!

I will then e-mail you a copy of your confirmation letter that you will need for the resort check-in. Keep in mind that check in is at 5 pm, so arrive as early as you can to enjoy the restaurants, many of which require reservations. Dates can be moved if needed with no charge.

Renters are not required to attend a timeshare presentation or tour the property.

Any damage to the rooms or resort is solely your responsibility as a renter.
Cancellation policy- we suggest obtaining Travel Insurance to protect you in the case you or someone in your party becomes ill or you need to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable.
